Literally best service I have ever received! Staff are absolutely amazing, thanks for your help this morning girls.

My favourite tack shop, I just wish I had more money to spend there. The staff are fantastic and are always helpful.

The customer service here is beyond amazing. I drive an hour just to visit the store, the range is impressive. I had an issue with my account/rewards points online and was shocked to receive a phone call within a few hours of sending it letting me know it was fixed! Thank you so much Aitkens!

I asked specifically for a HIGH WITHER Thorowgood saddle or equivalent to try. Paid $200 for a saddle fit with the above stipulations specified on booking, BUT no high wither was bought out, and even the medium saddle that was recommended DID NOT have the right gullet. If no high wither was available a rebook when available would have been appreciated! Certainly feel like I burnt $200. What a waste.

I can never fault the Aitkens team, always incredible service and never fail to put a smile on my face! They go above and beyond for me and do their best to cater to my requests!

We dropped in for look after spotting Aitkens from the motorway as visitors from the ACT. What a treasureland for horsepeople! Huge range of gear and clothing with friendly, attentive staff. Hope to be back.

Terrible service and false advertising! I I went in to buy a pair of Baxter shoes because they were on sale the photo on the internet showed the blues ones that were on sale got to the check out and they said they are not on sale i showed the picture and they said no you have to click on the picture and it showed red and blue and they were the only ones on sale two sizes what a joke!
Then they took 10 minutes to try and print out a receipt one machine wasn’t working and the other till she had turned off so i didn’t even get a receipt. Oh that’s right you have a No return policy so what’s the point of a receipt! Would not recommend spending your money at this place horrible horrible service and over priced anyway!

I recently purchased some ointment to treat some fly lesions on our cattle from Aitkens. The process at their end was super quick - order made late on a Wednesday, dispatched on Thursday early am. Annoyingly, once it reached the DC for AP, it was there that it remained, for just shy of a week. I notified Aitkens of my concerns of this late on the Tuesday. They investigated and the issue was resolved by one of them personally delivering the goods to my house on Wednesday. This was certainly above and beyond what I would have expected, noting the hour and the complete opposite side of town (two directions of peak hour traffic). If this is how hard they work to protect their brand - then I will continue to come back, BZ!

Great range of products, well priced plus knowledgeable and friendly staff. Carpark can fill up quickly. Didn't know the area but roads were easy enough to navigate, just off Pacific Motorway.

The place to go for all your Western wear, shirts, hats, jeans, you name it they have it, deff worth a look

It surprised me how good this place was. Whilst much of the stock leans toward the English disciplines, there was a selection of western goods enough to make it worthwhile visiting. A small bit good selection of boots as well.
Worth a visit if your into horses or country clothing.

Thankyou for the outstanding excellent service received today from your awesome Saddle Fitter who came quiet a distance to fit the new saddle at my mums home in Albany Creek today for my daughter. Being interstate, and knowing that my daughters horse is fitted correctly and is ready to ride is assuring for a mum so far away. Thankyou. Excellent prices also. Cant beat Aitkins Saddlery. We purchased a Saddle, Girth and the Fitting, 100% worth it. Thankyou again, we will be back.

Really enjoyed shipping here for some horse riding clothing and also a well priced helmet. Highly recommended.
