Airlie Beach Swim School by Danielle

I highly recommend Danielle's swim school to anyone I know with babies and kids. The staff are kind, patient and amazing at what they do. My 2.5yr old has been going since 4 months and can already swim, float and feels confident and relaxed in the water. I am putting my baby in classes as soon as possible and recommend to all my friends to give thier children the opportunity to learn vital skills in a safe, caring environment. 10+ stars

Miss Loretta is an amazing instructor. I was impressed with how patient she is with my fearful 5 year old and tantrum prone 2 year old. She never wastes time and constantly teaches them skills while keeping it fun. She catered to my 5 year olds interest by doing ‘rocket ship launches’ into the water which he was previously hesitant to do!
I loved how kind and caring she is but also pushed my kids to improve. The boys water confidence and skills are improving greatly and I couldn’t be more thankful!
I’m glad I made an investment in my children's wellbeing. My boys are learning to swim but most importantly learning survival skills that will last them a lifetime. Thanks a million Loretta and all the team at Danielle’s Swim School!

Danielle & the ladies are nothing short of amazing! They are all welcoming, warm & so caring towards all the children. My daughter has been going for 18mths & my son has just started baby classes. It is such an invaluable life skill learning to swim & the girls make it so fun & enjoyable for the kids. Highly recommend!

Our girls absolutely love having their lessons with their amazing Ms Lynda and have been learning at Airlie swim school by Danielle since they were both toddlers. Lynda was patient, caring and understanding with our eldest who took time to get her confidence in the water when she first begun and now she is a strong confident swimmer in all aspects thanks to the experience of Lynda and the whole team. We are extremely grateful our girls are learning the essential life skills of swimming and safety in the water in a safe, caring and encouraging environment at Airlie beach swim school by Danielle.

Danielle & her team are outstanding. Learning to swim in Nth QLD is like learning to walk - a necessity. Both of my children are now navigating swimming with safe confidence. Lynda Wendt is quite possibly the best swimming teacher I have ever met. She is also the reason I have stuck to Aqua fitness for over 4 years (free childminding as well!) I would absolutely recommend Danielle's swim school

I have had my 16month daughter Kaia, attend baby classes since may 2021 and she is now onto 1on1essons in such a quick time frame. The style of teaching is fun and very interactive for both babys and parents. Watching how far my little 1 has come in such a short time is amazing. Danielle and the team are professional and build great rapport with the children. Highly recommended to any parent wanting either newborns to build water confidence or for older kids to learn to swim and learn water safety in a safe environment.

Danielle and her team are so knowledgable, friendly and approachable, the facilities are really well set up for kids and parents including a play area, shower and dress areas. Salvador and I really enjoyed doing swim lessons here thank you! Oh and we loved the heated pool that is also all shaded.

Danielle is the most amazing professional swim teacher, she makes the kids absolutely love water and swim lessons and they are learning the most important life skills, its amazing to watch the progress each week

I have been using Airlie Beach Swim School for almost 8 years now! Both my boys started their swimming journey at just 4 months and now aged 8 and 5, they are both incredibly confident and skilled in the water. They are also super water safe and know the rules whether we are in a pool, at the beach or out at ocean on a boat. I am a 58 year old male that has had a fear of water my whole life. Danielle has started teaching me swimming and i feel so comfortable with her pleasant voice and the way she has made me so confident. I realize it is no quick fix and expect to be a few months, but I highly recommend her and all the reports from friends in the area claim she is the best. I full support that sentiment. Danielle and her team, are the absolute dream team when it comes to swimming they are so welcoming, friendly upon every arrival. Danielle has taught my 1 year old for just over a year now and I can already see a huge difference with her confidence, when it comes to swimming lessons it’s all about safety and having my baby look and feel safe and Airlie beach swim school is all this and more, the facilities are fantastic always really clean, parking is great, we love our weekly swimming lessons! We started attending lessons at Airlie Beach Swim School with Danielle after I wasn’t seeing any improvement in my daughter who had been attending swimming lessons since 3 months old. The rapid progression she showed immediately after starting with Miss Lynda is an absolute credit to her abilities! She gets so excited for swimming lessons and now her little brother loves it just as much. The pool is so warm (and brand new!) and undercover, there’s also plenty for the kids to do while they’re waiting for their lessons. We love Airlie Beach Swim School!

My daughter has been attending Danielle's swim school since she was 6 months old. She has been through the baby classes, one on one, development group and is now in a mini squad group at age 6.
I have been impressed with every instructor she has had and her swimming ability regularly amazes people when we go on holidays.

My son started group lessons at 6 months at Airlie Beach Swim School by Danielle. The team is so lovely and the facilities are great. Shaded pool protecting us from the sun and rain, and it's always a great temperature. Starting lessons at 6 months has really helped my confidence with having my son with me in the pool and he really enjoys the water, especially going under. Looking forward to more lessons as he continues to grow. Thanks Danielle and team for a safe and happy place for us!
