Excellent service, super friendly staff, and honest price. Dropped off a camera with an unresponsive touch screen and was given a quote and a time frame as to when I'd hear from them. I was told they were in a busy period, but I was contacted early nonetheless and the total price was less than what was quoted. I Received my camera back good as new and serviced. Maybe my issue was an easier fix, but I'm definitely glad I didn't go to a different repair/camera store.

Steve and his wife are a great team and run a very professional electronics repair business. Steve has a lifetime of experience fixing a huge range of consumer electronics products and has completed many advanced repairs for me (including my wife's expensive SLR camera lenses) and for customers I have referred. He can repair many devices that no-one else will touch. I highly recommend Aimtronics for any electronic device repairs!

Excellent service. Always wary of 'inspection' price. Quoted $35 to inspect malfunction expensive Canon SLR. Owner phoned 3 days later to advise fixed. Advised me no more to pay. Great guy and great service. Could not recommend more highly.

Even though it was not financially worth while to get the repairs still exceptional service I will be returning next time something breaks

Steve from Aimtronics is amazing. I first visited in 2006 with bent pins in my 300D from a mis-inserted compact flash card. I've since taken all of my cameras there for both repairs and sensor cleans. He is very professional and gets the job done with a quick turnaround time!

My camara got broken after one week of staying in Australia and I really needed it to be fixed for my travel plans. Both the man and the woman in Aimtronics were amazing, very nice and helpful. They undestood how desperate I am and helped me figure it out. As a bonus, I was given a suprising gift. Totally recommendable!

This guy is great! My mother's camera started having issues while we were on vacation. Took it in and in 24 hours he had it fixed for us and our vacation! So awesome! As we were heading to New Zealand the next day!

My 4 months old Canon 5D Mark ll was dunked by a freak wave. I send it to Canon for an estimate and was advised that it's not economical to repair. A local camera shop told me about Aimtronics, so I booked it in with Steve to give it a go. Surprisingly, he got it fixed for a very reasonable cost, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve quickly and competently repaired my water-damaged DSLR, saving our vacation and earning my heartfelt gratitude.

I dropped off a brand new Sony A7 body for a sensor clean because there were some dust particles causing black specks on my shots. After cleaning the gentleman assured me it was complete but his work caused more smudges to appear on my sensor and now it is completely damaged. I have essentially paid for him to ruin my camera. Now I am up for extra charges to completely replace the sensor.
I would not trust this camera cleaning service, stay away!

Steve is the best guy on the Gold Coast, hands down. He has repaired our professional video equipment and other electronics to a high quality. He is also the nicest bloke you will ever meet, always nice to deal with the actual technician that will be working on your equipment. His courteous and professional nature makes him the ultimate 1 stop shop. You rock aimtronics.

Don't go here! I spent $120 to have them look at my Sony handycam that was making a buzzing noise. After spending that much I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. I could have put that $120 towards buying a great new handycam. Will not go here again. So very expensive and if it can't be fixed all of the risk is with the consumer.

Always happy with the service here whether it be for little things like fixing computer keys or repairing my Canon 5D mark 2.
