13I could not recommend more! Gill is putting exercises together for everyone‘s capabilities, physic‘s and personalities. The training is super effective and fun. My capability of lifting, squatting, my mobility and range has changed so much in just in a couple of weeks. Gill is going above and beyond for her clients to achieve their health goals, including nutrition.

Without Gill I would have given up on my fitness goals years ago. Gill expertly tailors my workouts to achieve whatever goal I’ve set. Her ability to design workout plans that progress my strength, fitness, speed is truly amazing. She has a holistic approach. She addresses nutrition, sleep and rest in a very non-judgemental manner. I find Gill very encouraging, very understanding, but also pushes me to keep going. Her own fitness is such an inspiration. And being a mom of young children herself, she gets it when it comes to the juggle of fitness goals, mummy duties and career balance. I highly recommend Gill.
I’ve been working out to some degree for 25yrs and Gil is the best trainer I’ve encountered. She makes you feel comfortable, is able to push you in a way that works for you and is always positive. Gil is hardcore.she definitely pushes me! I’m pretty cheeky but we have a good laugh when working out. I haven’t worked out in years, now I’m up to 4 sessions a week. Thanks Gil.
Gill is a great trainer and I love that she puts a lot of emphasis on correct technique. She’s super encouraging and a lovely person. I went to her sessions to specifically work on strength for running. She knew my goal and worked with me and always knew exactly how much encouragement was needed. Highly recommend her sessions.
Gill runs a tight ship with her fitness programs at Pine River Park on Saturday mornings. No week is the same, she always has different exercises and techniques each week so it's never dull. She is very professional and patient always demoing the exercises and on hand when ever you have trouble with any exercise to give you pointers and help you out. With a crowd of new comers and regulars you're always welcome in any session strongly recommend.
Gill is the best trainer I have been to, encouraged me at every step, works with my disability and makes sure everything is done correctly so as not to hurt myself. Since starting with Gill she has helped me with exercise and diet and I am now on my way to reaching my goals.
