Aiga was an absolute life saver and got me into my beautiful wedding dress. She altered the dress and added to it to make it the beautiful dress it is today. Will definitely be returning.

Aiga was very accommodating and fine tuned my graduation dress so it fit perfectly! She has an incredible eye for details and altered some extra bits I didn’t realise which made all the difference! Thank you so much again Aiga, I will be a returning client!

A belated but very heartfelt thank you to Aiga, for accomodating me with 1 month's notice despite her busy schedule, to take measurements and then alter my wedding dress to a tailored fit, even when snap lockdowns threw a few curveballs for fitting appointments. Aiga is extremely professional, talented and warm, which made me feel really comfortable. Her care, organisation and attention to detail is phenomenal and made the process stress-free. I highly recommend Aiga for any dress alterations and custom dressmaking.

Aiga is the best. So professional, so caring and does exactly what you ask. I even picked up my wedding dress and that night I broke the zip. Aiga responded straight away and fitted me in the following day to fix the zip. I highly recommend going to Aiga.

Fantastic wedding dress alteration
I came to Aiga as I required significant alterations on a pre-bought wedding dress. The service was FANTASTIC! Aiga is highly skilled in sewing and alterations, and I felt completely at ease and in good hands. Aiga is an incredibly talented dress maker and she did an amazing job with my wedding gown!
When I picked up my wedding gown from the bridal shop, I was not 100% sure with it, it was not fitting as well as I imagined it. As soon as Aiga saw it, she identified what was wrong. She took in underarms and corset for a firmer fit and shortened several hems. She also created a train holder for my dress and also embellished my cashmere shawl with matching lace to the border. I was incredibly happy with the outcome. On top of being very professional, Aiga is also a very pleasant person and I enjoyed our fitting sessions very much

Aiga is a miracle worker! I brought her my wedding dress to be resized a couple weeks before my wedding (yikes!) and she created a beautiful alteration for me, that you would never know was not the original. Her skills are excellent and she is so lovely to work with. Once I met with her, my stress and panic was relieved, and I made it into my dress for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend visiting Aiga should you need any type of dress alteration.

Aiga has been wonderful during the whole process of alterations to my daughters wedding dress. The alterations have been completed to perfection and we are absolutely thrilled with her work and attention to detail. Highly recommended, you will not find better in Brisbane.

I knew from the moment I met Aiga and saw her brilliant setup from home, that I would never see another seamstress. She is highly organised and was always able to fit us in. Any issue we presented her with she was able to find a solution. Her attention to detail is exemplary and I could not fault her craftsmanship. And to top it all off, she is a wonderful, beautiful person – why would you go anywhere else.

After an awful experience with another dressmaker where the ‘finished’ dresses were unwearable, I had a Mum left very disheartened.and then we hit the jackpot and found Aiga! Making 2 beautiful dresses from scratch for my Mum, Aiga provided us with professional yet friendly service, great attention to detail, great advice based on experience, reasonable prices, perseverance and a drive to please my Mum. Aiga is an absolute life saver! I can not thank her enough for fixing my bridesmaids dress (which I needed within a week). She is professional, knowledgeable, caring and extremely talented at what she does.

I made the mistake of taking my dress to another place beforehand and he made my dress unwearable (there were threads everywhere and I wasn't able to lift my arms at all). I was so stressed. Aiga spent a lot of time with me on meeting to make sure I could walk out of her studio knowing that I would have a dress that weekend. Thank you so much again! I won't be going elsewhere.

Aiga's work is just amazing! Landing on her shopfront with a dress that was needed urgently (less than 5 days), the dress was in dire need of urgent repairs. Aiga is a professional you can depend on, my dress was repaired in time, the work completed to perfection. Highly recommend.

My formal night wouldn't have been so perfect without Aiga's help. My formal dress has a long train which makes it very difficult to walk confidently. Aiga knew that I wanted to keep the train so she offered many creative but effective ways of keeping the train without making it a pain in the butt.
(i.e. Sewing three hoops so that it can be carried on one wrist so elegantly) She has been extremely efficient and she has went above and beyond her job requirement to ensure that i would love the dress - and i do. Will def come back if i need tailoring service again:)
