The MyPlace tablet/controller bricked itself in the midst of the hottest summers in QLD and with a newborn! Even after some troubleshooting with Matt from their Perth team, I wasn't able to load up even after a factory reset. Fortunately after a few phone calls, Chris and Caleb requested for me to bring the tablet into their office for an inspection. Within 5 minutes, Chris was able to kindly replace the tablet/controller with a refurbished (as it was just outside warranty) and working one.

I had an issue which was a warranty call out. Chris and his team were always prompt with phone calls to organise attendance, exceptional when they were here and gave 150% in helping me to correct our issue. They even went over and above with doing part of Samsung's job for them. Without this fantastic service, I think I would still be going round in circles. From start to finish, the Advantage Air team were instrumental in finding the solution and helping to achieve it. I will be forever grateful! Thank you team, I am sure you will be happy to see the back of this job

MyAir app has too many faults and bugs. We have had it 5 years and have had allot of technical issues. Now out of nowhere the tablet decides to uninstall Google Play Services (yep nothing else uninstalled) which coincidentally means that we cannot run the air conditioning at all. Advantage Air have just told me we need to replace the entire tablet! This is a system we use sparingly, looks brand new, works in every other way (connects to the internet and other apps), and now we have to replace the tablet plus installation costs! Thankfully our Panasonic air-conditioning split systems downstairs with regular manual controllers are reliable and our ducted unit is reliable it's just the woefully inadequate MyAir tablet and app that is not. Its constantly finicky and since the day of installation is nowhere near accuracy for the individual room sensors. It runs the constant - constantly which means if you have 3 bedrooms running intermittently at night, its over cooling or overheating constantly and then dumps that air into our living room the entire night! Talk about unsustainable. Its expensive to run aircon at the best of times, let alone this system. This was a particular feature that I researched and specifically asked the Aussie Air who installed it before purchase and was assured it would not happen with MyAir. We have had three technicians come out and about 3 online technicians over the years and they always acknowledge that this is not right but it can never be fixed. We are very unimpressed. For all the times it has been unreliable, we don't feel we can justify the convenience of having a smart controller at all if this is how it works.

Kev & Harvey came to my place to fix the aircon and they were super friendly and exceeded my expectations. Not only my aircon is fully functioning but they also sorted all my questions in regards the app. I would recommend them to my family and friends! 10/10

Excellent communication, very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, super friendly, just a real pleasure to deal with.
They made us aware of how to use our systems properly and also all the other services the can provide.

Kev and Harvey notified us what time they would arrive today
They were on time and very professional throughout the job
They informed us what they needed to do in the loft and in the garage
They set up the doorbell, garage opener an internal and external camera this afternoon
They checked and showed us what they had done and how to use the system
Excellent customer service and workmanship
I would highly recommend to others

The tablet to the air conditioner to our rental house was locked. I called Advantage Air and they send us Kev and Harvey, they were very friendly. They diagnosed the problem and solved the issue. My overall experience is very positive, thanks Kev and Harvey.

Keven and Jacob were amazing. They helped me set up a few things on my MyPlace App and sorted out a couple of other issues I was having with my tablet. The garage doors work perfectly from my app. We’ll done!

We had a MyPlace remote garage door unit installed at our property.
The technician who name was Jacob, was a very polite & friendly guy.
He arrived on time, executed the job to be done professionally, & cleaned after the job was completed. He then proceeded to explain to me as to how the system worked, and made sure that I understood it. I would recommend the MyPlace crew from start to finish.

Nick just visited us from Advantage Air. A very friendly disposition and very knowledgeable about the product. He helped us understand the product and also helped us troubleshoot the issue we were facing with the usage of the product, mainly because the product was not configured corrected by the installers. An A+ rating for Nick.
@AdvantageAir - He is a gem in your arsenal. Kudos.

I had an issue with my system and had to get it fixed within 2 days as we had a birthday party over the weekend. Carmen and Jacob went above and beyond to assist me and had my lights working for the weekend. Would highly recommend advantage air and their products. Thank you Carmen and Jacob

The team at Advantage Air provided us with great service when our system stopped working. When the case was raised they identified the issue promptly and arranged for a service tech to come to site to replace our faulty unit. Mitch was on time and very thorough, completing his task quickly and efficiently. We are back up and running and very grateful to the team for getting us sorted so quickly.

Hindsight I could have saved so much money by sticking to stock standard control system along with peace of mind.

I sent them pictures as well showing I have set room to 26 degrees but it has reached 23 degrees but won’t turn off. They won’t care. (Picture attached).

I have 18KW central aircon system. And temperature is reached to desired level it won’t turn off the aircon. Imagine how uncomfortable nights could be.

Since day one there are configuration issues and technicians fail to solve them. In their first visit they accepted that settings didn’t get saved. When it happened again I had to call them twice to arrange time. They said they reset it again and asked me to monitor it. Now I have called and sent them emails but they are giving me run around.
They certainly know their system fails to talk to aircons but don’t know the solution.
