I recently had a new Peak 500 fitted into my new van at ASE Brisbane, I cannot fault this company one bit, Grant went above and beyond to make it smooth as possible, Astra was so easy to deal with and informative. The job Wade does is exceptional, it looks so neat and professional, I can't rate them high enough

I attended the recent Complete Carpet Care and Upholstery course in Brisbane run by Grant Hickey. I cannot recommend ASE and their training courses highly enough - Grant's knowledge is second to none and his team at Advanced (Astra, Wayde, Rudy and Mo) provide exceptional service. I get my carpet machine serviced there regularly and have just recently purchased a brand new machine through them - they did a fantastic job and are always willing to go the extra mile to support my business. The team at Advanced Specialised Equipment know how to treat their customers right. Grant and his team went above and beyond to make sure I had an exceptional experience. Astra helped me pick out the perfect machinery and chemical solutions, her knowledge and expertise was fantastic.
I also attended a training course held by Grant. Let me tell you, he knows how to make learning fun! The course was informative, engaging, and lots of fun, It felt like a bunch of friends learning together.
I have also had ASE service my truckmount - Wade has a wealth of mechanical knowledge and is always happy to answer my questions - he is also the nicest bloke, always having a laugh and it’s honestly so enjoyable to be around him and the team, they take the time to sit down with you, have a chat or cuppa - it’s brilliant customer service and I couldn’t speak high enough about them.

5 stars for ASE from me. I purchased a couple of really decent carpet fans and a chem shelf from their store of late. Both products have immediately made my work/business easier and more proffesional. Also, when it comes to equiptment and products Astra knows what she is talking about and is actually passionate about the industry which is refreshing. Wade the mechanic has helped me big time with work on my Truck mount of late too.

I have bought a machine from Grant Hickey, Advanced specialised equipments for my business. I must say it is one of the best suppliers in Australia, They not only sold the machine for the best price, but the way they provided the post-sale service was amazing. Grant Hickey gave all the tutorials required to operate the machine to employees in detail. Additionally, he also offered any sort of help required in future related to the machine.
Overall, I would recommend them for sure fir their best market price and services. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️
