I called with some serious teeth issues on a Friday afternoon and got a checkup AND emergency appointment within days! The reception staff have been amazing, and the dentist Michael is very professional but also super friendly! I have plenty of work to go, but I am looking forward to some great results.

A pleasant visit to the dentist does sound like the right thing to write, but this was my experience recently, when I had to make an emergency dental appointment. Fortunately, I was greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist who was kind and found the right words to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. The dentist Michael as his assistant did a great job fixing my cracked tooth.

The receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and reassuring towards my very anxious 5 yr old. Michael took great care of my older children and was particularly patient with my youngest child. He took the time to explain what he would do and why it was important. He always made sure she felt comfortable with the process before he began each step and gave her the option to stop if she needed. This helped significantly to ease her worries. Thank you for a great experience.

The management of this practice is exceptional with the manger Heather being so kind and helpful. Will return.

I saw Dr Wendy Hsiao today for a check up and clean. From the moment I walked in the team were absolutely lovely and so friendly. Wendy was on time, gentle and thorough and made me feel completely at ease. It was also very reasonably priced and no attempts to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I would definitely recommend the team at Advanced dental care as welcoming and very professional.

I fully recommend this Dental Surgery as I have found the staff friendly and informative. Heather at reception, Caitlin dental assistant and my dentist Michael have all made me feel comfortable during my visits and also cost is a bonus. Definately deserve 5 stars.

I love this dental clinic! The reception lady was warm, kind & welcoming, and I cannot recommend Michael (the dentist) enough. He is also very warm & welcoming, very thorough and you can feel how caring he is towards the patients. I usually feel very anxious at the thought of going to a dentist, I shake like a leaf. But that’s not the case with this clinic. 5 stars, I love it love it love it.

Walked in to get emergency help for my sore tooth and was seen on the day. Heather at the desk was very helpful and managed to squeeze me in for the day. Very impressed.

Dr Wendy is an asset to the team (along with her assistant). I'm always nervous about dental appointments but they made me comfortable and relaxed. The TV on the ceiling helped too ~ I really appreciated the extra steps Dr Wendy went through to get my teeth cleaned. Definitely will keep booking under Dr Wendy

My usual dentist was unavailable so I called Advanced Dental Mt Cotton. I was more than pleased with the service I received. The care given by Dr Danielle Green was exceptional.

The ladies in here are amazing. They make your stay so comfortable and relaxed. I was glad I had these ladies fix my cracked teeth. With ease and professional service. Makes me want to go back.lol

Sadly my previous dentist has moved on from his practise, so i thought i would try our new local dentists, and i am extremely happy i did. The team at Advance dental are friendly, caring and professional. Michael the dentist makes you feel at ease and is gentle. The practise manager Stefaine is friendly and welcoming. To anyone looking for a new dentist this one has a thumbs up, go and check them out.
