adidas Store - Pacific Fair

Very disappointing experience with customer service.the staff are very un accomodating and rude to the customer I bought 2 pair of shoes as a birthday gift for myself last week, but decided to exchange the other pair cause I feel uncomfortable on the size. When I arrived I talked to the staff with my concern but she’s very rude when I asked if she can clean one of the pair of shoes I bought as it was the last pair but was dirty inside, she said NO when asked for wipes! I don’t recommend this shop! I regret I bought my 2 pair shoes here, there is no much selection of shoes and only a little discount offer which only selected items! Never again will I visit this shop!

ADIDAS PACIFIC FAIR is now a performance store, which basically means more ‘active wear’, rather than trying to squeeze it together with ‘originals’ or street wear ranges.

You can DEFINITELY still buy really awesome pieces here tho. There were some pieces that we’re really unusual & super on trend, also some similar to ‘originals’.

However there is an ‘originals’ store on Cavil Avenue, Surfers Paradise which is close by to this shop.

We bought 3 pairs of shoes &, so you can still get the sales person was AMAZING! Knew his stuff & made the experience easy & fun.

He let us know about the club we could join for free & we got 15% off our first purchase!

Also they do still sell ‘originals superstars’, ‘Stan smith’ shoes etc…

Went looking for a pair of running shoes and one of the Shop Assistants (a girl) helped me so much to choose the right pair for me. She literally spent 20’ helping me and explaining things about both running and running shoes. Great customer service!

On 06/04/2022, today around 5pm we went to the store, and tried few shoes on. The guy working there was so unfriendly, did not greet while he saw us walking inside the store. He just sat so far seeing the customer as well, did not came and ask while we were waiting to be served. Later, I had to call him and ask to show what I wanted. Very discriminative behaviours were shown towards us. Later, when we left the store too, he was sitting right next to the door side still no greeting, nothing, no smile, no words he was just staring and felt like he wanted us to leave asap so that he could go home. He just stand neqr exit door and ignored us. Very bad customer service and very bad ignorance for no reasons, but, the girl working there on the counter was very good, treated us with respect and good. I do not reccomend he should be there in the store giving such stares and treating people with such unwelcoming attitude and gesture.

Noticed staff with other customers too, did not not want to help them or assist.
Asked a question about a shoe and the answer i get is, it is what i see.
If you are interested in good service, go elsewhere.

So I went into look at purchasing a new pair of shoes on Black Friday. Before I walked in there was a large sign saying 40% of everything store wide. I was like this is going to be awesome as I was under the impression that the shoe I like to get would be discounted. So I walked up to a staff member and asked what the discounted price would be on the superstars and only then find out that they arent included. Not sure how a shop can advertise 40% of store wide then once your in tell you that a lot of stuff isn't included. It's a joke so went across to foot locker out of spite and purchased a set of Nike's instead and vow not to purchase Adidas in the future.

3 chicks that are just there to get a pay and leave, they have no customer service whatsoever and specially the check out lady she didn’t made small talk or ask about the fitting of the shirt I got she just check me out as quick as she could. Sometimes I wish I could do 0 stars.

Good sportswear shop. Has a range of Adidas you. Wouldn't be able to find elsewhere. Price were fair but I did find the same products online with the app for cheaper so might be an idea to check the Adidas app first for pricing. Staff were nice.

I upgrade with the guys at adidas pacific fair every 6months. Great customer service and banter and I think I’ve almost been served by everyone now. They will remember who you are too which is an added and valuable touch.

Deserves zero stars. Went in on a Tuesday afternoon, store empty, 3 staff members standing chatting away.

I had to move in between them to look at some shoes, they didn't bother moving and continued talking among themselves.

It was like I was invisible. Terrible service. I spent my money elsewhere.

Worst service ever. Went to the store on 1st of August and the female staff refused to sale us the shoes 2 minutes before the store was closed. Highly not recommend.

Pleasant and Very helpful costumer service

I had been shopping couple of times in adidas pacfair and my experience is always pleasant, especially to one of The ladies staffs name Bridget, she’s like my personal shopping assistant, very helpful always assisting and super friendly ️, also a lady name maddy is super patient and helpful,
brea is another staff lady she was there comforting me when i Had a terrible day (my belongings and shopping items were stolen at pacfair) she gave me a hug! Very genuine and lovely, i cant imagine if you guys here were complaining about them, meanwhile in my experience they’re amazing above and beyond

and couple of men staffs are also nice and helpful, 10 stars of this shop and their costumer service! Definitely recommend snd im gonna be your loyal costumer️ Thank you so much

I’ve just been at Adidas Pacific Fair now that is on sale until June 28th. My husband chose a jacket which had a label saying $80 on it. When we went to the counter the lady charged us $60 dollars instead of $48 which should be the correct price. I kindly showed her the ticket, she said she couldn’t do anything and her excuse was that it might be an old price and the manager wasnt at the store. While I was asking my husband if he still would buy the jacket she took off the jacket of my hand, stood out the price in the ticket and said that she doesn’t care if I don’t want to buy it anymore. Besides of a completely disappointing customer service experience this situation is totally AGAINST THE LAW and conducted by unprepared staff. Any store MUST charge the price that is showed in the item, doesn’t matter if it is right or not. Unfortunately he wanted to buy the jacket but it’s definetelly a place that we’ll never recommend to someone else or come back again.

I went to to try and find a pair of shoes for walking and the gym. Unaware that is was a casual store only. (Their sports store in not open at the moment.) The young man who served me (sorry didn't get his name.) was fantastic and gave me advice on what shoes to look for and could not have been more helpful. THANK YOU!

My son got a great pair of size 14 show. After going to 3 other shop that had no size 14 at all

Great customer service and got a sweet deal on a new pair of shoes. I was in and out under 5 mins!

Was served by Dylan and it was an absolute pleasure as he really helped me out and was sympathetic to my plea.
His enthusiasm and attitude was great and if all people in retail were this helpful, shopping would be a much more pleasurable experience.

Little disappointing with this store; not much variety on offer, as well as sizes available, staff were lacklustre and carefree, not much sale items to entice customers and not much fun to be in compared to other adidas stores I’ve been to. Personally speaking you’d be better off shopping online; it would be cheaper and quicker customer service.

Deserves zero stars rating - visited the store this afternoon staff stare but didn’t greet or approach. I walked around the entire store, picked out a few items. There are threes staff members in the store, they are socialising and yelling across the store to each other. Didn’t acknowledge me or make an effort to assist.

I had picked out a few gifts, eventually made my way to the register as I finalised my items. The lady behind the register quickly walked into the back room and never returned. The guy then walked towards the front of the store and begun playing around with the hangers. Please refer to my photos.

My friend and I called out to him but he ignored us. The best part is the store was bloody empty.it wasn’t even busy, no customers it was around 130pm and the staff clearly sighted us in store.

In total disbelief left items on register and exited the store. Won’t be back in a hurry. Rude, arrogant staff, urgently need customer service training. With staff like this operating your store I don’t know how you are still open. Absolutely Appalling.
