adidas Originals Store Surfers Paradise

I was looking for the Sambas and was attended to by Anna. She’s very patient when I couldn’t decide which size to get, and she brought out all the sizes within the range that I was looking for. She even gave me advice to get a sized up shoe and I bought it thanks to her help. Kudos to friendly staff for assisting!

Adidas original shoes aren't usually my thing, but it is a good place to buy tops when they are on sale from time to time. I'm not tall, so it's hard to buy pants because they're often too long. And the staff are friendly.

The staff here are busy talking It is difficult to purchase the product Because they don't work at all and they're stuck in the story

The worst Adidas store in the world! Been checking store here in there and nothing changes? Couple of tees and sweatshirts, no varieties, someone need to update the stocklist

We went into the store last week (Friday afternoon) and the girl who was working there was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful & efficient, well done on a great hire Adidas!

I spent a few hundred dollars here, great ADIDAS quality however staff less then friendly or helpful

They have great deals sometimes but general the price you will pay will get you great adidas shoes and much more

When I came into the shop, 3 of staffs were talking and nobody didn’t look at me. And white fat women staff is rude I felt slighted

Iconic little Adidas store on Surfers Paradise, the store stands out from the crowd. The variety here is better than the Pacific Fair store, and the staff are more friendly and helpful.

Great store, cool stuff for most shapes and sizes and at ok prices for brand name goods. You're just unlucky if you go wrong here.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had purchased some shoes online that were the wrong size and they were happy to exchange and nothing was a problem.

Like a few other reviews, staff cbf, one wandering about on phone, one in back of shop, one left to serve, no rush to assist, then surprise, didn’t have my size.

Went into buy shoes for my grandma who is sick but really wanted some Adidas shoes. Long black haired Kiwi lady ignored me when I initially entered the store, when I approached her for assistance with sizing she advised me that I should have done my research before I came into buy the products. I asked another staff (who was very nice) if a manager was present, was advised that the rude lady that served me was the manager. I do not know how Adidas select managers but their standards appear to be extremely low. Disgusting customer service and will never be buying anything from this store again.

Horrible service, the CSR dont help the customers, they just talk to each other and barely answer any questions if you go and jump in front of them, and i am not talking in a busy period, I was pretty much the only custumer on the shop.

Store completely empty. 2 x staff no acknowledgement. Walked over to the guy who proceeded to ignore me, seen a blonde lady come down the stairs asked her for help she rolled her eyes and called over to the guy to help us. Grabbed the shoe and then walked away and continued to talk with each other. Tried the shoe on which was perfect went to try and buy but now a friend had entered and they were both engrossed in conversation. Left the shoe for you but wont be buying.

I use a lot of adidas products. Your corporation delivers great superiority of stuff. The values are a bit high but the superiority of products is acceptable. Great company keep up. Ohh! I forgot, I am the first one to review ……: : DD

Walked into their store (4 of us). At least two staff members working (1 being a manager) and we were totally ignored. Would have been looking to purchase at least 2 pairs of shoes. Instead walked across the road to hype where we had much better service.
