Disgusting service! 2+ months since retuned the items to them, still no refund, The do not answer emails AT ALL. On FB just standard reply.we will be helping you today.they even do not read you messages! Asking for details you already provided in your msg. Then np response! Call phone, promises.nothing happens. Told me that I must drop case with PayPal to get the refund.

Adidas is the worst, I’m still waiting for my refund after 3 months and haven’t heard any confirmation. Never seen such bad customer service. My review is for online order I placed for myself and my husband. Have been chasing Australia customer support since January. Shipped back the wrong sized shoe they sent us and haven’t had any response from them

Rude and inexperience customer service from manager (19/01/22) a simple issue can’t be resolved a complete disgrace to such a good brand like adidas we bought a product which turned out to be wrongly priced instead of being sorry manager started having an argument took off the under price tag and threw it in bin it did not stopped here then he tried to teach me Australian consumer law judging me on my appearance.

Always a great pleasure shopping at Adidas Factory Outlet. Came through today and I have never met such awesome and enthusiastic sales representative like Blake. He’s probably the most knowledgeable sales rep I’ve run into. Outstanding service from this good bloke! I’m a big guy so it’s hard to find a great shoe to work and this sales rep bent over backwards to help me. Thanks Blake! Will be coming back! I’ve converted to Adidas Ultra Boosts 21 and they look amazing!

Wide range of products and with discounts its even better. The store has good collection of shoes and sports wear. The store is located within DFO and is easily accessible from any part of city. Must visit for the people who endirse Adidas.

This DFO ticks all he boxes, l enjoy the environment while shopping. All the staff at all the shop gave excellent customer service and the food has delicious variety of food that is reasonably priced, love coming here, and l will be back
