Just few minutes ago visited the store, Lady name Chris was serving on counter, I was in queue waiting for my turn, when I reached on counter for billing, a old Australian lady came to ask about socks size, she patiently told her size difference and suggested her to grab different size. Lady went to grab size and I approached to Chris for billing. She asked me to wait as she want to serve that lady first. That lady came and been served very nicely. Now Chris was ready for my billing. I asked if she could tell me the price for the jumper, she said it clearly say 40% off and you could calculate, I replied, sorry my mathematics is not good, she told me very rudely to use my phone calculator to do it. She said you guys make troubles everywhere. As a asian I been served so rudely but old white lady been treated so nicely. I got really disappointed and approached to the manager, she was very nice lady and helped me with my purchase and felt sorry about it. Had really bad experience.

I never name and Shane but I think Adidas needs better customer service training for their staff, specially “ Brandon”. Upon paying, no hi no bye no talk absolute silence, head down with a cap. It was quite awkward and for the first time ever, I didn’t bother to say thank you either! Maybe he had a bad day, but people are there to shop, a simple smile, hi bye, thank you, have a nice day. No nothing!

If compared to the Nike Store beside, a range in shoes and clothes along with discounts would be much desired.

Very good discounts, better than online. Really grateful to lovely Tanya who went to the back rooms to find my size which was not available in the shop. The lady on a casher was also very nice and provided a lot of useful information while we were waiting for Tanya checking the back rooms. Thank you girls for the pleasant shopping experience!

Staff were amazing with there help in wanting to get you the best deals. Kids walked away with some great bargains

Last weekend I bought a hat from this store and the attendant forgot to take the security tag from it. When I returned today to ask for removing the tag, I was treated like a shoplifter until I could present my invoice, although the mistake was theirs. I've asked to return or swap the item for another product and the lady manager (?) was called and with very rude manners told me that they couldn't accept return of hats for hygiene reasons. I completely agree, except by: 1.the hat was clearly in the same condition it has left the shop, as they've forgotten to take the tag off. 2. People were trying hats from the shelf immediately in front of the counter. Nothing against the shop in itself, just their customer service, which is way behind Adidas quality benchmarking.

Received the worst service from the lady at the counter.
Context.the shop had 40% discount on most items but not all.we checked with the counter just to be sure the discount applied.

Upon check out I asked her to tell me price as she scanned.she replied "As I said before the price is 40% off the marked price" It would have taken her less time to read the price on the screen. I simply wanted to be sure I was purchasing the discounted item.

She was super abrupt, no greeting, and super quick, throwing the merch in the bag.there was no one waiting to be served behind me.

I was shocked at her behavior but didn't say anything. When we walked out the bags beeped.another staff came and took everything out of our bags and scanned again and lo and behold one item still had the tag on. Without a word, she took the item back to the counter. The lady that served just goes "arghh" and proceeds to remove tag without a word to me.

I complained about the service and her behavior but 2 staff ganged up instead. Thankfully other customers observed and defended me. One customer told the staff to handle customer complaints better.

In hindsight, I realise that I may have been a victim of racism as she was rude to my Partner and I since we first approached her.brown skin issues.

Always overcrowded. Only good if you know exactly what you want before you arrive and get out asap

The Harbour Town outlet was supposed to be opened on Wednesday29 & Thursday 30 December221 according to their website.
Drove a long way on both occasions only to find it0 closed.
Whaf does it take for them to update their opening hours on their website?

Staff were not wearing face masks as required by law at this time. I asked if they would wear a mask while serving me. One laughed and said I’m exempt and the other laughed and said I’m social distancing. She then said anyway I’m vaccinated. This is not ok

Adidas harbour Town has a good range of sports wear for all ages from kids to adults. Everything is priced very well and you can get some amazing deals. The place is really clean and has all the rules in place for covid. If you want gym wear or shoes then this is your place to go. Staff were really friendly.

Used to be such a great shop, but now just average. I don't know why they selling Reebok clothing as well.

Massive queues to just 1 or 2 registers. Rarely find anything here worth buying anymore.love the brand though.

Shoe shopping for 2 teenagers is not my idea of a great afternoon.
We were struggling along by ourselves until Cherie stepped in to help, she was very helpful and went out of her way using knowledge and humor to get the job done.
We had been at under armour, converse, nike and several other shops.
Needless to say Adidas got our money and my gratitude for her help.
