A great Mitre 10. One of the last small hardware stores in Townsville. Staff are always helpful and friendly and have a good knowledge base. Store is clean and have a great range of products. You can usually get a park right out front, which is definitely a bonus.

Very helpful staff, didn't stock what I required but directed us to where we should go.

Took back a faulty camp gasmate to Townsville store eventhough we had purchased at Longreach sooo helpful and had it exchanged. Many thanks as they didn't have to do this.

What a great store. Helpful staff and good range of bits and bobs. Prices are generally reasonable with occasional good specials.

Right from the moment I stepped into the shop I received 10/10 customer service. Luke talked me through the range of the product I wanted and got a good understanding of what I needed for the job. Comprehensive knowledge of warranties, applications and even spent the time to ensure the product was in full working order straight from the box. Signed up for the membership program and look forward to coming back to get genuine advice when needed.

This family owned business is my first port of call for anything Hardware, DIY and Garden.
I doubt you’ll find better customer service and I find the products to be competitively priced. If you’re like me and prefer to support local, family owned businesses then definitely give Addison’s Mitre 10 a visit. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Very helpful cheerful staff eho made it easy to find what I was after. As good as Bunnings is, this business made Bunnings look like a cold impersonal, but busy, money grabbing machine.

Too many people run off to Bunnings when they need something hardware. Always have helpful happy employees and it's on the way home for me.

Staff give personalised attention and are polite and motivated. Bunnings can have some exceptional individuals, but is very hit and miss. This place is consistently good.

Can’t complain, better than Bunnings. Not busy in comparison, but understandably doesn’t stock as much. The staff are easy to find but they always find you first. Prices are pretty good too.
