I reside in Melbourne but have family on the Gold Coast. I have tried MANY Gold Coast florists and Flower Studio has by far been the best. They delivered a stunning arrangement but what I appreciated most was the effort they went to with the delivery when it didn't go as planned. My relative wasn't home, wasn't responding to their phone and it wasn't safe to leave the flowers outside the building. The delivery person tried multiple neighbours and hung around for 30 minutes hoping to get in the communal front door to leave the flowers inside. When I managed to reach my relative later in the day, the driver was still on the road so circled back and delivered them. Flower Studio kept me updated through the day by text with photos. I really appreciated the extra effort. And the photo my relative sent me showed a stunning large bouquet which they and I were very happy with. Thank you.

The flowers were absolutely stunning and the ladies were super helpful and friendly, even sent me a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They listened to what I was after and my Mum was very happy with the dried flower arrangement. They took my order and it was delivered within 1.5 hrs. Very happy with this service.

My wedding flowers were incredible. I was completely blown away, the flowers were even better then I had expected with gorgeous white Lagurus in mine, and orange berries embellishments in the bridal and buttonieres. The service was incredible Belinda and Bethany are such a great team, the price was reasonable. Got a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend and they were better than i ever expected. The shop catered to her favourite colours and she was overjoyed! Fresh flowers that lasted, would definitely recommend purchasing from here for any occasion, friendly and kind service.

My boyfriend got me flowers from here for my birthday and they were so beautiful. An assortment of various flowers was included which I really appreciated. The bouquet lasted ages and they were absolutely gorgeous the entire time! Definitely going to make him buy me flowers from here again!

Bought some flowers here for a friend who was at the hospital and he loves it. It was fresh, smells divine & perfectly arrange by Belinda. So decided to come back to grab some hot chocolate and raspberry slice. It was delicious! Overall, i just love this cafe and florist who welcomes you warmly and you will love everything about it.

These lovely ladies always go over and above to make beautiful, personalised arrangements for every occasion. They are always so kind, thoughtful and generous. I'd never go anywhere else!

We did not use her for our wedding as Belinda cannot organize her schedule. She will book you a phone appointment but does not call you on time because she is too busy attending OTHER weddings. Calls you couple of hours later and assume we are still available. Belinda never apologized the fact she wasted our whole day and her communication rude through out. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Belinda & Bethany are a lovely mother daughter duo. Both so incredibly helpful with arranging flowers for my wedding and nailed my vision. They did our bride's bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, button holes for the groomsmen, petals for our flower girl, flowers for the cake and a seriously stunning arbor display as backdrop. Bouquets and arrangements included fresh roses, natives and dried flowers - we received a lot of feedback on how amazing it all was and our venue asked for their details to recommend them to other brides. They were extremely flexible when COVID lockdown got in the way and a delight to deal with on the day when they delivered. Would definitely recommend!

I have been buying flowers from this wonderful flower studio for years now and not once have I ever had a bad bunch of flowers or bad customer service. Highly recommend and wouldn't buy my flowers anywhere else. They are my favourite flower studio.

I'm not sure words can justify just how good of a job these girls do, every detail at my wedding, the colour palette it was all just honestly breathtaking and they made it look like a magazine wedding! They went above and beyond to make my day everything I had dreamed of, I went in there with big dreams and a small budget and the girls helped me achieve everything I wanted plus more. I also ran out of time on the big day and didn't get some of the pretty details to my day done, these beautiful spirted girls just jumped up and started doing things a florist wouldn't normally do, my point being there not just a great florist there also really great, kind hearted people with a honest passion for making your day or flowers perfect. Really lovely people thank you again so much girls for everything, people are still talking about how beautiful our flowers were.forever grateful

What can I say. I have been buying flowers from Belinda and Bethany for 5 plus years (maybe even longer). Each time i either phone order, online order on visit in person they are nothing short of amazing. They have so much variety and nothing is ever a problem. I am a little picky when it comes to what I want and they have never disappointed. The flowers are some of the freshest I have ever come across and they last for so long. I never ever give another florist a thought on the Gold Coast because I am never disappointed. Belinda and Bethany, THANK YOU for providing a truly wonderful customer experience each and every time I see you. Your passion for your business shows with every bouquet and you have got me out of more trouble with brownie points with the Wife LOL. Thanks Ladies!

WASTED all of our time! Belinda booked us a phone appointment for our wedding, waited our whole day waiting for her call. She didn't even bother to call us nor apologised for her own disorganised schedule.when we confronted her, she kept rambling on excuses how busy she was with OTHER weddings and short staffed due to covid-19. NO APOLOGY STILL. Such a disgrace. They never answer your questions. My impression of their service is extremely rude and incompetent. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
