Adairs New Farm

Visited this store on the weekend and was served by Ruby. She was amazing! So helpful and friendly and quickly grabbed the new boxed up side table that I was after, while we continued to add things to our purchase pile. Very efficient service. I was also thrilled that everything was on sale and scored a great price on a lovely throw that ended up being the lucky last one. The store was beautifully presented, well stocked and Ruby’s awesome service made it a great experience overall. Would gladly return. Thanks again for your help Ruby

A family member purchased the wrong pillow for my nephew from Adairs, the pillow was unopened and we tried to exchange the pillow and were denied. I found the staff member rude and condescending, making a joke stating well someone can keep the pillow and hug it Not to mention when we walked out I turned around to see the lady serving us and 2 others at the counter gossiping about my attempt to return the pillow. If you’re going to talk disrespectfully about your customers, don’t expect returning business. As least have some common courtesy and use common sense, don’t gossip about your customers while they’re still in the store.

I just wanted to share my wonderful experience I had at the New Farm store. I had a very short amount of time to select items to style our home for a photo shoot. Claire was beyond amazing and I am so so grateful for her expertise and calm nature that made a stressful situation run so smoothly. Her taste for styling was on point - the Real Estate & photographer kept commenting on how great it looked. Thank you Claire for such a positive experience styling our home!

Visited this store for the first time on Saturday to finalise some Christmas shopping. Whilst the store was busy I was thoroughly impressed by Robyn's calm and unflappable nature, product knowledge and obvious passion for her work.

Visited on a weekday morning when the store was very quiet. My daughter popped back to buy something without me seeing. She asked for tissue around the breakable item as the bag was see-through. Staff were annoyed and unhelpful. Disappointing as she is a young girl just learning to shop on her own.

Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had shopping with you last week. Chris helped us pick out pillows after we picked the wrong ones elsewhere the day prior. The new pillows (one wool, one memory foam) are perfect, and her product knowledge was on point. Friendly, prompt, helpful service with a smile. Thank you!

I often shop at this Adairs because it is convenient and the staff are so helpful. I recently purchased a bedhead and Tagan went over and above the store was busy but she ensured other customers were served and had organised my purchase and then later found my leather glove. All in the space of 15 minutes. I can thoroughly recommend the excellent service at this store.

Their milano quilt cover and pillowcases are beautiful (strongly recommend). Their home republic brand ones felt kind of cheap. The only improvement to the milano ones would be if they could put ties in the corners of their quilts and quilt covers to keep the quilt in place (the quilt clips they offer were not secure). Their service is generally good, other than they pressure you to buy wool quilts (which even the lightest is way too warm for Brisbane, and I've discovered it would have been better to get one of the cheaper ones and then just add another blanket if its winter), again though if they added ties to the corners of their quilts and quilt covers on the inside they would earn my loyalty forever and it would make it feel much more worth paying the higher price as I have had trouble finding many places that do this. Also environmentally, more things should be made of bamboo not cotton. Joining their Linen Lovers Club is always worth it.

Not the best customer service here. Store was empty and well merchandised for an adairs. Not really appealing as a shopper.

Katherine is a customer service superstar, even near closing time on a Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly, explained things well, gave options. Used my name. She genuinely seems to enjoy her job. Sooo refreshing!
Beautiful store with lots of reasonably priced and trendy home wares. I can't wait to save up to purchase some art work.
Recommend joining linen lovers if you are going to make any significant purchases. Pay $40 to join but it saved me $$ on my rug purchase today.

New expanded refurb looks great, maybe double the size than it was if you came here pre 2020. A lot of stock and also has a kids Adair section as well.

Extremely disappointed in the delivery process. Response when checking an order delivery that was 1 week past previously advised due date - "it will be soon". Then a text received saying on its way, then "soon" never cam so I rang again - two weeks later still no delivery. Tracking number said it had been "delivered" - news to me so when I rang to query delivery again was told it has been delivered from Melbourne and received in Brisbane but another delivery company delivers to home and no idea when that could be - somewhere between 7-28 days (not what I was told on purchase). When I pushed for more specific information apparently someone will call back and let me know - but that wont be today. In an age when you can order online and get next day delivery - this needs to me addressed.

Couldn’t speak more highly of the staff at the Valley store when I called a few times with questions about assembly on an item. They went above and beyond, a rarity in customer service these days. Thankyou!

I love shopping online for Adairs products. But I always go into the store to check out the quality in person.
I have never been disappointed with buying anything from here.

The Fortitude Valley store is one of the largest leading Adairs stores in Brisbane, and stocks almost all of their range.

The staff were friendly and very informative on all of the products I was looking at.

The shop is beautifuly designed, and helped give me style ideas.

Pretty good range but half the stock I looked at had no price on it which was frustrating. Team members seem more interested in making the place look good rather than talking to customers.

Nicely decorated store with a good range, and when they go on sale they really go on sale.

They also stock mini Jumbuk, quality definitely feels better and a little bit more special than what you would get Freedom.
