Adairs Chermside

Wandering around the store looking at items for over 10 mins without being greeted. Yet as I was leaving the customer next to me coming in was greeted. Need more consistency

Not good customer service. 3 staff members working tonight, not one person asked if i needed help. One walked over next to me just to keep her conversation going with the other staff member whilst I looked at them. Watched them greet other customers that came in after me. I see this is a common issue at this store looking at other reviews.

This is the best adairs just because of the staff. I was served by a lovely lady today. She was so helpful and I would recommend this store to anyone on the off chance they get served by her.

Usually staff are nice but there is one person who is unpleasant. I think she is one of the manager. I do not go this shop.

Witnessed a woman named Jennifer working here raising her voice at another member of staff repeatedly saying she was being rude for not saying hello.the poor girl looked so upset and I feel it is so unreasonable to be making such a scene especially in front of customers. I didn’t get the younger girls name but she was so helpful to my mum and I.

A great store with friendly staff. Over the last few days I've been in and out of the store and Jamie has been fantastic in helping me with my needs. Thanks Jamie! (and all the other friendly staff)

Their reward system is pretty bad. They charge us 30 bucks for their membership. Today I just popped in and asked one young staff if the product is 30% off. She said yes. So I simply thought the product was 30% off. At the check counter, I found it's just for their members. Embarrassing. The young staff explained to me about their membership with condescending attitude. I totally misunderstood and ended up to pay more than the product's original price. Their members only can get the sale discount. At Myers, David Jones. Bed bath and Table.we can get their sale discount WITHOUT 30 DOLLARS MEMBERSHIP. If it's your business, people will walk away. Good luck on your business with such mean staff.

Great little store with friendly staff. I love their selection of bed linen, and there’s such cute decor as well - mugs, plants, pillows etc.

Love this store, the staff are so lovely, professional and always have excellent customer service. The store is always very well presented and very inviting!

First visit was wonderful, the lady with the manchester accent on the 16/08 was simply brilliant and absolutely stellar in organising an order for a new quilt cover.

However, the next week upon returning (24/08) to pick up the cover, the service I received from another staff member felt aggressive and made me feel unwelcome, like I had no business being in the store.
5 stars for the initial visit, but an absolute zero for the second.
