I have to say my experience couldn’t get any better. I wasn’t planning on buying bedding until I walked past the window display. The kindest employee helped me around and made my visit extremely easy. The price was incredible and I’ll definitely be back for more.

We had a lovely shop assistant last Friday. Her colleague was on lunch break and she made sure she made herself known to every person who walked in, introduced herself and was very helpful in store. If only every shop was like this! Thank you

Had a really bad experience here tonight… like some of the other reviewers here have said these girls do not know how to give a proper customer service experience… their idea is just harassment… had a particularly negative experience with a young sales assistant, dirty brown hair in a plait…. Worse than just up selling she had a very rude tone… like she was forced to work here. Sweetie, if you choose to work there then act like it! Leave the attitude at home…

I love Adair’s but this store was so intense with their upselling. I get that they may need to add on an item as a KPI but to have 4 items shoved in my face and a sales pitch to go with it was extremely draining. I said I wasn’t interested multiple times but they continued with their sales pitch anyway. I spent so long at the counter trying to pay for my items while being harassed with what other items I needed to apparently buy. It came across as very superficial and I felt gross when I left. I’d rather shop online then go through that ordeal every time I enter the store.

Quite a mixed review, I have always enjoyed the Adair’s store I believe they have really great products and displays even though it does come with a cost it’s still worth it.

But recently the staff here have left a sour taste in my mouth. I was definitely over greeted it was very clear that I was being polite and wanted to be left to browse. But after being asked over 5 times from all the ladies how I’m doing it was very frustrating. Once I was checking out, the sales assistant was being a bit nosy and put her 2 cents in to our conversation and heard we were talking about spotlight (this was a very quiet conversation between my friend and I) and actually gave a really negative talk about spotlight which was very unprofessional as we didn’t even ask her anything. As she was bagging up our stuff another team member came to ask her a question and instead of saying yep just give me a minute she completely stopped bagging our stuff for 30 seconds to chat to her wasn’t a nice experience.

Today I went into Adairs at Carindale and was served by a lovely lady named Kate. She went above and beyond to help me and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Very impressed and I will definitely be back!

Staff were friendly but the store manager had a terrible attitude on processing an exchange for us. Rude to us and her other staff for no reason. Very uncomfortable experience and won’t come back.

Terrible customer service. Browsing for 5 minutes with no interaction from staff member in store. Another person enters the store and is acknowledged within seconds. I guess men shopping in your stores are of no concern to your business.

The lady who served me was helpful in giving advice on which pillow was best for the person I was purchasing it for. She knew what she was talking about and was upfront with prices and sales on offer. She was even happy when I said I wanted to look elsewhere before making my decision. I was so happy with what was on offer and their prices that I soon returned and purchased their pillow.

Thank you so much to Olga for her time and patience today returning towels in blush pink that unfortunately my husband hated. Olga was so understanding & gorgeous throughout the return process. Never fear we are Linen Lovers so will be back soon for new towels ASAP.

My wife and I decided to buy some wrinkle resistant sheets. Seeking an opinion from a specialist store, Adairs staff recommended Home Republic brand bamboo-cotton sheets. Clearly the staff member must have thought my wife was asking for wrinkle guaranteed sheets, because these sheets have got more wrinkles than a shar pei dog. One set was returned, but because the other set have been used already, my wife was told by the sales staff, 'Put them on the bed and wrinkles will fall out after an hour or two. I've got a set at home they're really great'. Well.we've been suckered by dodgy advice.
With all their wrinkles, these sheets are woeful to look at, the edges fold over, and I'm not happy.
I suppose the one thing that comes from this is, at least they are sheets.
