They were part of a contract through Commander & have done zero not a thing! I still get emails and promotion offers despite the fact I have expressed my disappointment that no one has ever supplied what was paid for.hopefully they will stop all communication with me & give better customer service in the future to new clients.

From start to finish with Merylyn getting us onboard and chatting to Ben, Ben selling us the ultimate package for a bargain and value for money price, then the service and website mock up with Libbii is EPIC! The entire way through has been impeccable we can not recommend Ad On group. We are in the service industry and appreciate quality service, we believe every business should be using Ad on!

We are a retail store, we used the $20 phone messages service for many years, all straightforward and fine. Then when Telstra stopped the ability for this service to continue AdOnGroup approached me to provide the other services they have. When I spoke to the gentleman he stated all that was included in the package and that there was a 6 months trial. After 12 months of continuing to charge my c c and not fulfilling any of the areas of the package that were promised so all the money just disappeared without any return on the investment. Be extremely careful with this company. I've just spoken to Qld Dept of Fair Trading, next step is to lodge everything with them.

Reply to AdOnGroup reply - I did email and phone on a couple of occasions. I had a manage/head of department call me and shut me down like I didn't have a brain and can't look at the evidence. I'm guessing he didn't look at what the output really was compared to what was promised, that's why I have taken it further. Can you please supply the best email address so I can forward all the evidence of what you promised to what you actually delivered.
