6Needed a new strap for caravan. No problems for these guys to make it perfectly. Great efficiency
We had our café bench seating recovered with Active Upholstery. We support local business and the price was competitive so we booked in while COVID restrictions were in place for our dine in customer and paid 50% deposit. We were told it would take 2-3 days after the materials arrived and expected it within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, we waited 8+ weeks despite continual follow up.
Aside from the extended delays Bernie's conduct and comments during visits on site were at times suggestive and unprofessional.
In summary, the workmanship was very good (hence 2 stars), but the extended delays and behaviour on site were both unacceptable.
Bernie's work is always to spec and on time. Great guy to deal with too!
A complex order completed exactly as I asked and only 1 day later than estimated.

Completly rubbish service! Only cares for big commercial jobs. Got a quote, was told they could start in 3 weeks call him (Bernie) up 4 weeks later to be told "we havn't forgotten about ya, We'll get the car in next week" another 6 weeks later still nothing! Go down the road to the place on Smith St, quality seervice and workmanship!
Neat job done on my tonneau cover. Done in good time and professional at a good price. Top blokes. Well worth it. Thanks heaps lads.
