Excellent service from Action Outdoor Hire - I would recommend it to anyone. Within 20 minutes of enquiring about 2 bikes for hire they were delivered to me. Once the day was done it was as simple as one more phone call and they were picked up. Bikes were in great condition and the whole process was as easy as it gets.

Adam and his team were simply wonderful. They have a great range of equipment for hire, and Adam is friendly and reasonable in finding a way to meet your needs. We rented two surfboards and two wet suits for a day, and had a great experience catching some waves on the Gold Coast.

He went the extra mile for us, allowing me to run by and exchange the wet suit for a new size when our first one didn’t fit well (he tried to hint that we would want a bigger one, but we didn’t listen… he was gracious enough not to rub our faces in it ;)

Simply amazing! Cannot recommend Adam and the team enough. It was such a breeze to organise hiring 5 kayaks for a Saturday trip to the Gold Coast. Adam was super helpful, gave us a great packaged deal and what was ever more fantastic, he brought the kayaks to us at Paradise Point and picked them up in the afternoon - making our Saturday on the water an absolute breeze! The Kayaks were great and included water proof bags and backrests. Thanks so much Adam - will absolutely be coming back!

Their service is absolutely amazing and goes beyond expectation! We will definitely use them again when we come here next time. The only bad review we could find was a 1 star without any explanation as to why they had been given this rating. Looks like a competitor trying to make them look bad. My advice: ignore it and order with confidence that you will get great equipment and service at a reasonable price.
We hired two bikes and a child trailer for our 3 year old. The process was simple, prompt and effortless. We ordered the equipment fairly late the day before. Adam personally delivered the equipment to the flat early the next morning after taking credit card payment over the phone. The equipment was clean, in good repair and looked quite new. We were not quite sure what the process would be if we had a puncture but Adam told us that these bikes just don't seem to get punctures because of the size of tyre and if it did happen, to ring him up and he would come and meet us and sort things out. Lastly, we made a last minute decision, again the night before, that we would really like to cycle to BSKT Cafe and have the bikes picked up from there. No problem, Adam and Melissa met us there to pick up the bikes. They are lovely people doing their best to give exceptional service and succeeding! Thank you Adam and Melissa!

We had a great experience with Adam and Mel this Easter. I booked two stand up paddle boards and Adam sent me an immediate confirmation by text with easy instructions where to meet him. My daughters and I had a great time on the boards in Tallebudgera creek and I can only recommend him and his business highly. A lovely couple and their prices were very reasonable.

Couldn’t be happier. I was looking for a fish or a thruster with decent volume and I didn’t have a car so the Action team drove three boards out to me and I got to choose. Board ripped, and such nice people! Thanks again.

We've hired SUP's and bikes from Action Outdoor hire many times and every dealing with them is fantastic! Friendly customer service and very organised. Their prices are very reasonable! Highly, highly recommend!

Great people really feiendly and helpful with some instructions and tips. Great value for money and a really fun time.

Gave them a call, and within 5 rings they picked up, I paid over the phone and 5 mins later they rocked up and dropped off a board and paddle.

Went out for 1hr 45m and then left the paddle and board on the beach and shot them a text saying I was done and they came and picked it up within 5 mins, and took off!

Great attitude, great customer service, great speed, and great price!

Will definitely go through them again when I want to go stand up paddle boarding again!

This was my first time paddle boarding and I fell in love! Adam and Melissa are both so friendly and professional, I was able to book paddle boards for my friend and I over the phone in the morning and within a few hours we were on the water. Adam even gave me a few intro pointers. Overall great experience, great price, and would highly recommend:)
