Recently single mum here. Bought some bunk beds off marketplace and they were missing quite a few important screws and bolts. Came in, showed them what I needed, was in and out within 10 minutes and the bunk beds are now assembled. A massive weight off my shoulders. Thank you for your help. Highly recommend!

Real 'old school' service.

The most rude, condescending service I have ever received. Was told that "I cannot advise you on anything, this is an exact science and you need to know more". I'm sorry but isn't the job of a retail employee to advise their customers when needed? I had measurements and knew exactly what the job was for yet was criticised multiple times throughout the entire process. Tried to support this local business but never again. Would prefer to go back to bunnings.

Awesome, didn't have exactly what I wanted but we came up with a compromise. They then followed up to try to source exactly what I needed.

I am very impressed with the service here. I was fixing handles to metal window frames and I needed some screws. They advised me to use rivets rather than screws and I'm glad they did. When I returned due to an issue I experienced with the riveting, they helped me trouble shoot and happily swapped the wrong size for the right ones. My job ended with the perfect fix thanks to these guys and their quality parts and helpful service. I can definitely recommend.

Customer service is so abrupt and rude! Waited 40 minutes for the shop to open (Advertised Times were wrong or the useless employee was extremely late) To then get treated the worst I've ever seen within my 20 years in the engineering industry while trying to source some bolts for a customer. Very Disappointed as this used to be my go to for all Nuts and Bolts.

Everything I have needed I have found here. Friendly staff and prices are great too. Very handy location as well.

I was able to purchase all the items I was looking for even a couple of obscure items they where also able to provide me information I required for an up coming project

Great Fastener shop. Knowledgeable staff. They didnt have the spring that i was after. But the guy told me about a shop around the corner that helped me out.

I have always had a great experience when dealing with these guys, they know how to read engineers drawing and can assist with problem solving when needed
