I'm on a concession card as I am in recept of JobSeeker payment (formerly NewStarve), and the practice cannot inform whether I will be bulk billed or receive a surprise gap fee until AFTER the consult. This is not how business works. Costs should be transparent and upfront.

The doctors there they are good but the service desk reception at this centre weird with way talking to patients as they ask me to wear mask today and i end up they are selling the mask with only cash money.they don't accept card money,

Complete & utter waste of time & money. I couldn't see my normal dr so had to go here. They made me sit outside in the heat & glare to fill out forms eventhough there was hardly anyone inside & i could of easily sat far away to be isolated. Dr refused to examine me because i hadn't had a covid test - which they did not tell me i needed to do over the phone or i would have done a RATs test first. She would not even check for things like heart & chest & temperature which can all be done with my mask on. Of course i have SOME symptoms of covid - I'm sick!

I have been seeing Dr Ho for over five years, and he is not just a skilled Gp, but a compassionate and kind doctors whose is dedicated to delivering person centered service to his patients.

I have seen comments on him, which are untruths and mostly from person's who repeat the same comments every other year. This is nothing but mere untruths, and an attempt at discouraging people from receiving quality service from a caring and professional doctor.

Dr. Emerson is an amazing doctor, has been giving us clear directions of what to do, and very professional

Would be great to receive the paid invoice via email not in person in this day and age when the consultation happened via phone. Please improve your service delivery.

Very rude reception, unprofessional way of talking.receptions need to know how to say hi thanks and please. Minimum Waiting time 40 minutes

What a joke went to see my doctor was told that without mask I cannot see my doctor and they are selling one mask for $1 I did not have any cash on me they should tell ahead when
appointment is been made that mask is must not when someone reaches there not going back there any more Nothing against the doctor she is awesome but the front staff is useless and rude. Trying to sell masks what a joke shame on the staff

Worst experience of my life, got there 10 minutes early like they requested, but had to wait half an hour longer than my appointment was scheduled. Booked an appointment for a mental health plan and then the doctor told me they don't even do mental health plans there. Dr Badrul gave me a referral letter and NONE of the information was correct. So much for being 'specialist' when he seems to have no idea what he's doing.

Attempted to go to QML here today only to see the lady behind the counter kick every patient out of the practice. What a disgrace. Demanded everyone wear masks and then tried to sell masks to them. Of they refused (everyone) she kicked them all out! Seriously needs a correction in attitude and services, recommend people don't go here

I have been served by two doctors, with very different attitudes. One positive, the other negative.

Dr Lama is a kind, gentle and patient listener, who works WITH patients to arrive to treatments that best fit their needs. She does so by asking in depth questions and encouraging your honest input. This creates a comfort of knowing you are not only in control of your own recovery journey, but being assisted in a respectful manner. She is a wonderful GP and I would highly recommend her to those struggling with their mental health.

On the contrary, Dr Emerson was far more concerned with himself than his patient. Meaning, he showed no compassion to the visible anguish his patient was in both mentally and physically, condescending with his answers despite being someone in a job paid to help people in need, continued to recommend a service despite being told it was something the patient was uncomfortable with, and he failed to not only ask important questions about the various symptoms, but stopped the patient when they tried to tell him the symptoms. It felt that the appointment, his PAID job, was an inconvenience to him. A nasal spray script for severe migraines, muscle knots, loss of appetite, joint pain, fatigue? He's either unqualified or unwilling.

Never booking an appointment with Dr Emerson again. Dr Lama however, I will definitely be back for.

Went there for a covid booster shot, and if took over an hour just for the doctor to see me before the shot. Very poor service. Why take appointments then?

Dr Manupa is a brilliant Doctor. She is so friendly and understanding and really takes the time to ask if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you so much

Just sad that I lost my script and I can't request for my script to be reprinted without having to book an appointment again.: (

Waste of time. Waited 45 minutes for the booked appointment and still have to leave without meeting the doctor because the reception lady said i have to wait for the people who came after me and went in first where i was still waiting. No apology no reply, worst experience. Never going back.

Tried really hard to get some care from this practice. I sent Three emails in a week and no one replied. I called and asked for help. No response to messages. The practice manager Jessica does not return mail or calls.

I had appointments with Dr Badrul on number of occasions at Acacia Ridge as he supposedly specialises in Nutritional Medicine. The only assistance provided was to prescribe unnecessary medication and referral to a specialist that charges over $380. I found him not to be a compassionate listener and in fact was rude, condescending and less than helpful. He was over half an hour late for each of the appointments with no explanation or apology given. Waste of time
