Ordered a Maggie Simpson 22’ board. It came with a damaged sticker and when I complained I was told that’s normal and there is nothing they will do about it. I have had to force the issues to get an answer and still waiting for if. The fact that the customer service experience is beyond poor and the fact these skate boards are very expensive is pure pathetic. I expect as a returning customer to be treated with some respect. I suggest you do not buy from Penny Board Australia as they do not care about the customer just the money you give them!
