Big thanks to the girl in the showroom front desk (I did not catch her name), she was super helpful with my purchase.

Unfortunately the service quality and attitude of the warehouse staff was the exact opposite. 2 older men and 1 old woman were too busy chatting and laughing away among themselves. Despite seeing me standing outside for about 5 minutes and ringing the doorbell 3 times, they chose to continue to ignore me.

I eventually had to go back into the showroom and asked the girl who had serve me prior for help. It was she who ended up going into the warehouse to get my items! The warehouse staff could learn a thing or two from her.

Despite living locally, I would really re-consider doing any future business with this company.

I would like to do a big shout out to Michelle and the team at ABL. Always very helpful and orders are ready for pickup on arrival. Thank you from Nathan

Connie in the front showroom was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are a new business that has a very expensive part that needs overseas shipping g frequently. The guys at ABL took the time to explore all the different avenues until an end goal was reached.
We have since shipped many parts to the US, pain free & most of all safely!

I had to have a respirator fit test. These guys were great. The gentleman performing the test was amazing and professional and I am so thankful they were able to help me with this. I highly recommend.

Aaron came out to our workplace and provided our staff with a Quantitative Respirator Mask Fit Testing. He was great with understanding our needs and listened to the staff individual needs. A valuable service and a great company to deal with.

Very happy with them so far whenever I visit. Boxes are fairly priced and they have an excellent range of packing materials.

Never heard back from their sales rep who I tried to call twice for some custom boxes but opted for continuing to use their stock.

Thanks ABL we love that you support us with all our packaging requirements. It's important to package our signs well for distribution. We have been using ABL for over 10 years for bubble wrap, foam wrap and packaging tapes and so easy to deal with.
