ABI Architectural Bathrooms & Interiors - Bathrooms Gold Coast

Placed my order for my Cross Progressive handle kits on Sunday, 15th October and received them 3 days later, now that’s efficient service.
Currently building a brand new house and will definitely be styling all our bathrooms/kitchen/butlers pantry, with ABI Interiors, sinks and tapware
Service was super quick, product is simply beautiful and communication was constant.

Garbage products, for premium prices.

Bought “brushed brass” Shower screen clips from ABI Interiors, and it is stainless steel with a brass look lacquer. Which did look quite nice new.
This Lacquer has since peeled off with mild cleaning with Diluted Vinegar. These clips were only installed 5 months ago in May.

Even more frustrating as the glass is secured in place with silicone, and has mounting holes marked specifically for these mounting clips. So I’m stuck with these terrible clips without having to remove all the silicone, and potentially replace the entire shower screen.

Spend your money elsewhere.

Gave me old stock that was rubbish quality, purchased a few things that I needed last minute to get a rental ready for handover and one box was an old "otto" toliet roll holder which was missing paint and stripped screw from new

Dont buy the black stuff - i've already had to warranty claim for two items.

The matt black items - my shower rail had black coming off in the first two weeks. ABI was relatively easy to do a warranty claim through but gave me snarky advice about how to clean.

Now, my taps are failing too. We clean gently per their advice, but they're falling apart paint wise - just over 12 months of use. Some other products (like the magnus mixer) have not shown any issue yet - but likely im going to have to pay a plumber to fix this - costing me hundreds of dollars. Should have just gone to Reece and got product through them.

Terrible delivery time frames, was promised express delivery prior to placing order and I am still waiting for taps 2 weeks later, my project is at a standstill and I have an extremely upset client, no communication from their support team to assist me with correspondence either. I would not order through them again.

We love supporting local companies, and on our latest design project we used ABI interiors - we were so happy with the customer service, the new showroom is beautiful. The staff at the warehouse were very efficient and our order was ready for pick up in no time. In the bathroom we used the brushed brass tap wear and towel rails, which looked beautiful against the polished render, again by another local company, and in the kitchen the elysian in white. The curve of the tap wear ties in with the arches throughout the home, and looks stunning. Would definitely recommend ABI interiors.
