I love your new and modernised shop. As a workplace it must be great to work in. Post covid must be very difficult with disrupted supply chains. I found your staff very helpful and even carried my chair to the car. A caring helpful business

In this Hervey Bay store I ordered 8 months ago 3 Olympic A3 Sk60 Sketch book had no reply so walked in to the store and the place looked disgusting they will not allow you to look at the shelves anymore all closed off to the public. Staff only. I will never shop in there ever again. I suggest you go elsewhere too. This business model is ridiculous!

As I said to you before that being you do not have 50.000 items of A3 sketch books only a few. You could not even find the original order. I told the staff member what it was like and colour of the book yellow that would have narrowed it down. I still stand by what I say people like to look and feel products not be treated like a warehouse, do not touch.

Excellent customer service, thanks for the pleasant experience exactly what retail is missing. Genuine concern for my needs very helpful and shown the right product first time. Loaded in the car and nothing was a hassle for the staff, great team!
