My Friends daughter got her dress from here. It was like wow I've never seen a dress so poorly put together and it was unfinished. The hip allowance sat on the thighs, the breast cups were too small and 2 different sizes. For a made to measure dress nothing fitted, it was too small all over and couldn't be let out. For the dress I saw from this business, the lowest rating I can give it is 1 star, this business doesn't deserve any. And to top it off the bride didn't get her money back, and had to buy another dress for her special day.
Obviously you can't read.
What clothing business lets a garment go off their premises unfinished? Seems to me you have shady business practices, if you require your clients to pay upfront, and feel bullied by you. And it's interesting that ive seen you do to ladies who challenge you and your business morals.
And yes I was one of the people who supported the bride after she contacted you about her dress, and yes you are the bully.
If you feel the need to report my review it just goes to show your a very small person who doesn't know how to handle complaints and know how to apologise to fix YOUR mistakes.

I'm in love with my dress

When it came to finding a dress, the traditional stores I visited rarely had any idea of how to talk to me; a fat person or a person in a wheelchair, let alone dress one. Rebecca does both with a grace and friendliness that I truly needed after losing so much hope and confidence. This woman Knows. Her. Stuff. The things she knew about the way the dress would sit in a wheelchair, how the different fabrics would look with different lighting, how to alter the design to suit a body that goes through 4 different sizes a month, she knew it all. She has this great wealth of knowledge, and has such a passion about each dress and each bride, and she won't let you settle for "good enough". Whenever I asked "would that be too much? Is this okay? ", she'd just say "I don't make boring, I make magic. "

Once I placed my trust in her and got over the anxiety of being in another state (NSW) and not seeing the dress until it was near completion, this was the most stress free part of the whole wedding planning process. I was consistently getting updates about design choices and given so many opportunities to make adjustments. Every time I wanted to, Rebecca would call me to talk through the details of the dress. She gave every reassurance and I knew what was happening every step of the way. There was complete transparency, and I think this was what made me so relaxed and excited for every part of the process.

I love my dress, I truly do. And while I'm sure I would've ended up loving whatever dress I got married in, I doubt I would've found one better priced, better fitting or better suited to my wheelchair than this one, let alone one that's this comfortable (no strapless bra needed as requested), suited to my style, and matching my wedding theme!

Rebecca has truly created a masterpiece for me, and has become a true friend and ally along the way. I'm so grateful to have found her and her business, and urge anyone who needs a unique and beautiful dress for any occassion to choose her.

Becky is wonderful. Very grateful to have found her, worked with her creating a dream dress. I have very different taste so being able to bring it to life was very exciting. I loved it when it finally came to life & wearing it. I had a amazing time working with Becky on it. This is one lovely lady I am honoured to call a life long friend.

Becky is the fairy godmother? She helped me feel comfortable and made designing my dress hassle free. Bringing what I had in my head alive. Allowing room for my stomach bloat as I suffer from endometriosis and also allowing room for some adjustments as I did put on a little bit of weight before the wedding. My dress was so light which was perfect as it was a hot autumn day in SA. I honestly recommend Becky for all upcoming brides?

I saw a post with a link to Becky's business and contacted her out of sheer curiosity. As a bride to be in a remote WA area I had weighed up logistics of driving into a city to visit bridal stores just to start the interest and selection process. Becky responded the same day and also did a video call the same day to explain her process and outlining expectations and considerations. Becky communicates clearly and covers all bases. I had no pre fabricated idea of what my dress might look like and through the design process Becky drew out of me and gave me permission to explore who I am and how that translated to my design.she didn't shut down my curiosity in atypical selection nor did she show insincere enthusiasm.
I have just received my gown after design and creation interstate.it is a masterpeice.and actual artwork.so much so I have not seen a dress like it.
I am so looking forward to wearing this beautiful gown and am pleased it's arrived with plenty of time. Becky is also a lovely human. You don't just get a personal design process you will be supported by a fellow woman who just wants to make you shine in a way that reflects who you truly are.

DO NOT TRUST!
I have seen the fabric and her custom designs, they are not as promised. You do not have to pay everything up front from professional dress makers, even if they are custom made, it is usually a $150 deposit, they take your measurements and fit a mannequin to your size and then do the fabric adjustments, they do not add "cm" or "guess" like this dress shop. If you have started a dress with her, only pay via paypal the remaining balance as you do have security this way if anything should happen, learn from my friends mistake and protect yourself, research and make sure this is what you want, keep a paper trail and do not give her your vendors list, she will call them and harras them. Becky has made my dream dress come true! I started searching for my dream wedding dress early into wedding planning because I knew I wanted something that was me. Anyone who knows me knows a normal white (or white variant) dress was never going to be right for me. So apparently it is very hard to find not normal dresses in Australia! Becky saw me posting out of desperation on Facebook and made contact. She did not push her business on me and instead offered things I could look for and encouraged me to go to dress shops to see what styles I liked to try and narrow it down. The experiences at bridal stores were interesting. Some tried to help, and some fobbed me off as soon as they realised I wasn’t the typical bride. I found pictures of a dress I loved online, but sadly no one in Australia stocked it and would only order it in if I guaranteed I would buy it (um no!). Plus, I am short so any dress was going to need significant alterations that would go on top of any dress purchase. I was super scared to design a dress and then have it made without seeing it in person (this was made worse as I have no ability to picture things in my head). Becky soothed all my anxiety and fears. Becky showed me photos, and videos along the way. She was so patient with going through the fabrics and answering my silly questions along the way. I also appreciated Becky’s professional knowledge and that she would tell me if a design aspect was not going to work and let me know why. I finally got to see my dress in person yesterday. I absolutely love it! Although it needs some extra alterations (the height is perfect), Becky was able to call up her usual alteration’s lady right then and there to get it booked in. I am so excited to wear my dream dress down the aisle to marry my soul make. Thank you so much Becky!

If you’re looking for a wedding dress designer, please don’t look any further. Becky has been the most incredible human being to me over the last 1 year+ some. My wedding hasn’t gone completely to plan as many brides have experienced with COVID, yet Becky still stuck with me through it all. From the incredibly thorough virtual measurement and design process to organising shipping/pick up/everything else I’ve asked of her, the service has been impeccable. She’s the most optimistic and vibrant human I have ever met in my life and the only person I would ever want creating my dream dress for my dream day. I thank you from the very, very bottom of my heart for all you have done for me, Becky. PLEASE contact this incredible woman for your wedding dress desires. I promise you will not be let down!

UPDATE: $1,550 refunded and cases closed in my favour, my lawyer has advised she did not supply what she promised and we will be going to court in the new year for the remaining $1,200. If she lies, bullies and threatens you or your vendors, go to the police and seek legal advice as i did, do not believe her scare tactics, do not give her sensitive information like home address or vendors list, stay safe brides, I am lucky to have a wonderful group of award winning vendors who have all supported me through this dress making disaster! Proof is proof, please do your research, I found a honest dressmaker who can use the fabric you ask for, without the giant price tag, made local not overseas who doesn’t threaten to stab you to death.

Being interstate in south australia I was worried about how the postage would go but every step of the way the company becky chooses to deal with emails me so I knew exactly where my dress was.
For future brides who are interstate please don't worry about anything especially with the measuring as becky is amazing at her Job and knows her stuff.

What a dream becky is to work with. Unfortunately I have never met becky personally but we do all our dealings on face time. From the first time I have spoken to becky I knew I wanted her to be the person making my dream dress. We have had constant contact through out the process never to busy to take my call, reply to my message or answer any silly questions I have. She has been so patient with me. I had no idea what material I wanted but becky explained it to me and helped me decide what I wanted. I have had video and photo updates on my dress being made. Becky has never made me feel uncomfortable about my size. I am a plus size woman. Becky has allowed me to make affordable payments and never judged me for that. If I could give more stars I would.

Becky has been amazing from day 1 I had my dream dress in mind but no one stocked exactly what I wanted so Becky popped up saying she could bring my vision to life. I live in Perth so I never got to meet Becky in person but we had a lot of video chats. Becky sent me all the fabric samples I would need to design my dress so I could personally touch and see the material she then video called me and we talked through my fabric I wanted and she guided me to help with choosing. She measured every single inch of me over face time I was blown away that just by seeing me over video chat she could say my measurement before my partner even told her. While my dress was getting bad I received photo and video updates and she was more then happy to change parts I wasn’t happy about (which wasn’t a lot) it took from memory 3-4 days to get to me. I’m so in love with my dress it’s everything I’ve ever dreamt of and I can’t wait to get all done up and walk down the aisle to my future hubby to get his reaction to this absolutely beautiful dress. My dress was designed with frequent and easy communication interstate using video calls. The dress itself is absolutely perfect, I couldn’t be happier! The designer is a lovely and helpful person. Becky’s work is absolutely outstanding and I love what she does. My dress arrived not too long ago and it was literally the dress of my dreams. She is truly wonderful, amazing and so talented.
