Incredible club to train at. Everyone is very inviting and you will make some pretty awesome like minded friends. The trainers are encouraging, motivating, understanding and there for you every step of the way. Come down and try it out, you won't regret it.

I've been coming here just a little over a month now and it's been great, the trainers are awesome and very helpful. I also love that our circuits are never the same and I learn something everytime I go.

If you're looking for a gym to join, this right here is the place to be! I don't normally last at gyms but I'm proud to say I've been here for a year now and I'm still loving it! The trainers are awesome and always pushing you to your limits and beyond! The members are so friendly and very supportive and the vibes in the gym alone is just great! Everyday is a different workout and I'm always learning new things!

Brownie who is owner/manager is by far the best boxing coach I have worked with in a long time! He is hands down so passionate about what he does, and I love his enthusiasm for life and his passion for helping others reach their full potential. Come and join a community and an awesome family!
