To the Indian lady that accused my boyfriend of using the deodorant in the store, HE DID NOT. Was very embarrassed and no apology when approached! Very poor

My card was stolen recently and they went into this store to spend money. They made four seperate transactions 30 seconds after each other and this isn’t Suss the store clerk says nothing to them? Clearly they where avoiding the $100 tap and go limit and the store clerk would have known this but rather than saying anything he’s rather sell a few more packets of ciggerates. Your store should be responsible for accepting stolen goods and I’ll be making sure my opinion is known during the investigation.
It's a great little family ran business they are nice pleasant people the shop is very friendly clean and tidy with a huge variety of products available great for a cheap coffee right in the heart of Coolangatta I'm a regular at all hours it's 24/7
Wow this young indian lady was so rude. Anywhere else you purchase crispy creme donuts MIXED is $12.95 for 4. The lady tried to tell me each donut was a different price. I pointed at the sign that stated 4 pack mixed donuts $12.95 she argued each one is a different price. It's ONE SET PRICE FOR 4 MIXED DONUTS. They are charging the wrong prices. DONT BUY DONUTS FROM THIS PARTICULAR 7 ELEVEN YOU ARE BEING RIPPED OFF. CRISPY CREME ALSO INFORMED ME THEY KEEP THE SAME STOCK FOR 3 DAYS. THEY ARE NOT BOUGHT IN FRESH EVERYDAY LIKE THEY SHOULD BE. SHE ALSO DOSNT WEAR A FACE MASK ITS UNDER HER CHIN. THEY ARE MANDATORY AT THE MOMENT. OWNERS ARE VERY RUDE AS WELL. WOWWWW. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS 7 ELEVEN EVER AGAIN.
Very bad service. The staff in this particular 7-11 didn't provide proper assistance when I asked questions about the transport card. The staff was damn rude when talking to me and I would never go back this store. If possible, I hope I could lodge a report against this store and request to change a staff. The staff said that she was holding the store and asked me not to teach her anything. The worst experience i ever had.
I purchased a packet of cigarettes at this facility on the 19th April.for 25 B&H Classic I was charged $45.47 when anywhere else you would pay around $34.00. I was not offered a receipt for the transaction and discovered the charge when checking my bank account. When I read the reviews on this establishment regarding "discount prices.really good price" etc.these are clearly misleading and makes you wonder who posted them. I intend to lodge a complaint with 7-Eleven head office. In the meantime if you want to hang on to your money shop elsewhere and avoid being ripped off!
