7-Eleven Brisbane East

Not a paid advert. But almost EVERY time 7-11 turns out to have the best price even before locked "locked in". I use Fair Fuel app to check price trends, and then lock in the 7-11 and then fill up on the week-end. Only once had the price been even. Plan ahead.
The staff are also pleasant, the coffee not bad at all. And I am fussy about my ️. The regular night shift chap at Bris East always cheerful! How does he do it?

Bad service, the guy who served me named Mr Parka or something, i came around 17: 43, his face looked tired and didn't say a word. If you are hiring employees with such tired faces, your store will never be better, other employees often smile when I come here the previous times.

I’m not even from australia but this looks like a nice gas station so I’m giving it five stars. One day I will come here and I’m confident that my opinion will still apply.

The team at this 7-eleven are great. Whether it's first thing in the morning, late at night, whether they are 100 customers or just you - they take the time to say a proper g'day and make you feel welcome. Which is a weird thing to say about a servo - but there you go. Management and the staff should both be proud of how well they run the business.

There is nothing like the great customer service experience like at this 7-Eleven. It's the new management and the new manager Sree is so polite. The customer service she provides is exceptional and very helpful. The place is so clean and the best people work here. This will be my regular stop over from now.

Worse customer service ever, there is a indian guy working here, he is so rude and so unprofessional I can even imagine how such a person get even a job here, worse people ever. Pretty much test everything to not let you used discounts.

Customer service is absolutely poor. Very rude indian man yelling loudly at customers (Sunday 1pm).

The person at the store was so rude and starting yelling at me when I complaint about the auto door not working, I felt for a moment that he may beat me up for just complaining about the service which wasn't working. A very very bad experience.wouldn't recommend anyone to even visit that store at east Brisbane.

The view can be obscured while entering on vulture Street, and it can be dangerous turning left into the small complex with speeding traffic behind you.

It is on a small parcel of land and only for petrol pumps with limited parking on the side, that being said it is in a very convenient location.

It can get very busy on weekends and peak hours.

Poor customer service and staff are not well trained. And that Indian lady staff charged me extra $10!

The only reason I go to this store is for coffee. The last 5 times I have been in there the coffee machine was either being cleaned in prime lunch hours 1-2 and now its out of order and has been for ages. I feel bad for the tradies who are often lined up in the mornings and lunch to get a coffee, who make the effort to walk in just to find it is STILL out of order. Just pay for a service technician to attend and repair it.

Completely disrespectful "owner" or "staff", can not tell. I'm sorry to myself I forgot I promised not visit this gas station again! Well, never!

Normally the staff are fine, evening of 26/12/2018 a young bloke said to F.k off from the store just for telling him the difference between the right and wrong. He feels as if he owns entire 7/11.

Very bad customer service, the old guy with the bald hair was so rude.

The staff here is great and the store is always clean. The only downside is having to wait to pump petrol behind someone else because there is absolutely no space between the pumps for 2 cars. I think that is what you get for having an inner city petrol station. Seriously though get you a slurpee and one of them orange poppy seed muffins and your day is off on the right foot.

At least 20 off burritos in microwave I had to remove before I could use it. Food was so carp I wasted my time clearly no one gives a chit typical I guess

Owner is pretty rude person seem like he don't need any customer in store.
On my second visit at this store also same, the lady working over there (name Sarita) too rude seem to be very unhappy to serving customer. She did not even say hello to customer. She didn't speak even one world to customers.

The store owner is very rude and when asked for the help he Just shown me attitude instead of help

Very hard to get stupid people but you can get it here,

When I clean my windscreen glass due to dust but my windscreen totally dusty after clean -
I was confused? How

So I check wiper - it's was full of black oil- now I seen wiper bucket have only water inside -
Nothing any shampoo or wiper cleaner liquid-

I ask the guy how - wiper is black -
He said I clean just fuel handle and fuel box by wiper-

Please don't use wiper and don't fillip water from there in your car!
