Absolute worst service ever, their guy in charge of deliveries “Jack” is rude, dishonest and is terrible to deal with. They delayed us twice, delivered the wrong material and charged us for the freight even though they didn’t unload, cost me a day on a job and put us behind. Finally made it out after missing the new time they said by an hour and it’s the worst timber we’ve ever seen, half of it is unusable, splits, warped, bowed its useless. If you’re on a time sensitive job stay away from these guys as they will only cost you time and money. Terrible service. Will tell every builder I know in my industry!

So went there today to pickup some Merbau. Was assured they had stock on the phone so headed straight over. Got to the office out front and was told to see somebody out the back after telling the office staff what I wanted, I'd suggest just take the car straight around the back and talk to staff there. Bloke was out the back on forklift and came up to help me almost immediately. Told him what my requirements where and he sorted me out, even cut one bunch just so they'd fit in the car (and I wouldn't have to hack saw them or put a flag on them out of the boot). Great price and great service, they'll be getting my timber purchases from now on.

Thank you for the excellent service and fantastic prices. They sourced our T & G flooring and what type it was (we had no idea). Anytime I have ever rang these guys to inquire about product they come across as arrogant and disinterested.
Just because I am not looking for bulk orders doesn't mean I am not worthy of your time guys!
Suggest you should consider looking after local people and remember there are other businesses out there.
Without paying customers you have nothing.
