4 Hunters

Got a 1kg bag of the wet and fatty (chilli and garlic) without knowing what to expect but it was fantastic! The texture was chewy but soft with an intense wine-red colour in the centre. I brought it to a Christmas party and young and old loved it, so much so I've gone back for a 2.5kg bag!

I had a very poor experience with the owner. Very appalling service and I’ll never be back here again. Take your money else where, do not recommend!

South African born and bred, and 4 Hunters biltong and drywors is the best I have ever eaten.

I found 4hunters by complete accident and as a gift, my father made a purchase. Based off the high ratings online, we were eager to receive the order and already had high expectations. Yet, I was still blown away and impressed with what arrived. The biltong and jerky both taste absolutely delicious, the packaging was very professional and neat! I can’t tell you how many places we have tried and they’re always lacking in one way or the other, messily packed, way too much fat, far too hard, unfriendly customer service and exorbitantly priced. In the aftermath of Covid, it means a lot to find a business that sells quality products that are reasonably priced (my dad is a senior and as you can understand, it’s tricky figuring out where to spend the money) and have kindness in their correspondence. My father isn’t tech savvy, so the fact he placed an order on his own means that their online system works well and with ease.
It didn’t last very long and within a month, we placed another order. I received it yesterday and once again, so impressed with:
- how professionally it was all packed
- the great customer service from Peter
- The reliability of the shipping
- for the ease of placing an order
and of course,
- the fantastic products. There’s not one that isn’t up to standards, from jerky to biltong to droewores, they’re all on par as exceptional.

All of those points collectively have made it a great experience. With a shelf life of 12 months, I doubt it’ll even last 2.

If you’re looking to spend your hard earned money on biltong, invest it in 4Hunters. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely awesome product, i love the mixed bits bags it’s so good when you don’t know what’s coming next as there are several different flavours inside.
I’ve stopped making my own jerky as the prices are that good it’s no longer economical for me to make a product like this with my time involved.
Well done guys I’m a big fan and I will be recommending to everyone!

Beautiful experience! Kind gentleman (I’m pretty sure his name was Nathan) was one of the nicest workers I’ve met at a store. His recommendation of the bushman biltong was superb. Will defiantly come back, and tell my mates about this lovely store.

Whoa, I do not know if there are any rehabilitation centers that deal in biltong addiction, but you most certainly will need to find one once you have tasted 4 Hunters Biltong. It is hands down the best biltong I have tasted in Australia. Not only is their Biltong out of this world, but so is their boerewors! You are wasting your money if your are purchasing your Biltong, drywors and boerewors from anywhere other than 4 Hunters!
