I have just experienced the best service at a dress shop I have ever had! Lisa was so attentive and instantly took in my shape, figured out my size, and what colours would suit my skin. She ran around the shop collecting about 6 or 7 different dresses for me to try on and gave me her honest opinion about each and every one, along with what jewellery/shoes would suit the dress. I ended up buying two things that I loved, along with the earrings she recommended. I can’t wait to try them on and wear them out in style!

4 Hearts is by far my absolute favourite store to shop in. Whether your after cute day to day wear, something specific for that special event or a gift for someone near and dear, Lisa and her team will always go above and beyond making sure you find something you absolutely love. My sister and I have been shopping here since day 1 and it will always be our first stop whenever we need retail therapy or gifts.

4Hearts at Palm Beach is now my go to before I hit the shopping centres!
Stocking some of my favourite brands plus a variety of others, with a price range for everyone - I rarely walk out without a new purchase. Most recently a very affordable winter LBD and a gorgeous Pasduchas dress I bought on sale for a wedding! Lisa is wonderful, warm, welcoming and ready to offer style advice.
There are also tonnes of accessories, jewellery and beautiful candles to explore.

Lisa and the team are some amazing people. I clean the windows at this shop weekly and I always enjoy coming in and having a quick chat. Shop is nicely presented and offers great products.

While the in store shopping seems great based on reviews below, the online store is completely different! My experience was the following:
1. Firstly the instore and online prices are not the same
2. They do not honour their own first purchase discount (20%) which is advertised at the bottom of the website
3. If you want to get in touch to make a return, they will ignore your emails

Very very very disappointed.
