The mobile van did come to walk through was happy at this point.
Once order arrived, after several delays, they were in poor condition. You could see where the grinder cutter left marks on them
The brochure shows a type of colour and then many darker shades were delivered. Some were cracked or broken. Understand they are natural stone and colours vary but when you can see where machinery has cut them is very unsightly. They wouldn’t say exact price per meter since it went through builder and then builder wouldn’t advise either or had a mark up on them. Also the amount supplied varied. Wasn’t advised of sealer until much later, then sealers came and used our new pool to wash their rags in these guys are recommendations from 3D stone. Several calls and emails went unanswered or unsatisfactory replies. It was in the end a very painful experience. I wouldn’t recommend or use again.

Was told They had my tiles in stock so payed the rest of the invoice for delivery the next day, I arranged tilers and paid deposit and paid for materials for the following day.however they emailed me on the delivery day that there was no stock until the end of the month! 3 weeks away! I'm out of pocket and tillers are not available for another month after the preposed stock availability. Not happy!

Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable, having tiles brought on site made selection very easy - a very simple process. Loved the experience.

We had an amazingly seamless experience dealing with Scott. Pool coping not an easy decision to make, but we were patiently guided through the options and are absolutely thrilled with the outcome! The building of a pool, for the first and last time, brings with it many challenges. Some are stressful and some very rewarding, when resolved. The choice of a coping stone is a significant aspect to the build. Cris and 3D helped us to achieve an amazing outcome. The parchment travertine coping looks amazing with our waterline tiles. Thanks Cris and 3D staff for friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable assistance.

Alyssa, was a great help with choosing our pavers and has a great eye for detail with her interior design background. We were most impressed that 3D stone showroom was open on a Saturday, it definitely makes life easier when you are working full time.

Highly recommend, they come to you and lots of tiles to pick from. We love the French cream, they don’t get hot which is great on those very hot days.

Daniel our sales rep talked us through the whole process and suggested the latest trends in a luxury but affordable package. Their showroom is very organised and we really liked how they have very different products that can’t be found at other stone places. We are looking forward to see these stone and tile products transform our house into Lux costal retreat. The service initially was great, a rep turned up in a van showed us the products. The issue I am unhappy with is how I they tried to hit me up for the sealer. I was never informed about sealer until the tiles were scheduled to be delivered. I was advised to seal, so accepted advice, they tried to sell me 4 litres (because the rep always suggests 4 litres I was told) when 2 is sufficient and tried to hit me for and extra $33 delivery, even though I was paying for delivery of the tiles, interesting point the sealer was wrapped on the same pallet as the tiles. Now I find out that there is a enhanced sealer and a natural which they sent me, not even asked if I wanted a enhanced look. Running my own business I always offer information on products the customer may not know, it is not always about the sale. Now have to drive for 90 minutes to swap it over. Overall pretty poor service and would not recommend this company.

Charged an exorbitant fee for 1l of sealer which was nowhere near enough to do the job. Can't claim ignorance as they obviously knew the volume of pavers we had ordered. This delayed sealing and protection of what is a vulnerable product.

Alana, Alyx and the team at 3D Stone Brisbane were great to deal with when we sought product to match pool area tiling carried out 3 years ago. They helped get the colour as close as possible, delivered the tiles on time and in good condition. We are very happy with the end result and recommend 3D Stone Brisbane as the place to go for great service, helpful advice and excellent product. Thank you 3D Stone.

I don't typically do reviews but Tina is a diamond in her field, her depth of knowledge of product through to maintenance of stone is on the level when it comes to creating your happy space. Great service backed with great advice should you require it.

I can't speak for everyone at 3D stone but the woman we dealt with was extremely rude, unhelpful, didn't listen to a word we said and acted like we we didn't deserve her time. To top it off, she sent an invoice and asked for payment to the wrong landscaper when we didn't even order anything.shockingly bad customer service.

Great sales support and convenience of mobile showroom to see products on site. Love our Brooklyn bricks and Sukabumi pool tiles. Also bought some granite pavers which we have laid on pods and some limestone coping tiles for our little pool. Thanks guys great job
