2XU Harbour Town Gold Coast - Outlet

I went in today to look for my first compression items and was greeted by a very bubbly young lady with the colourful tattoos. I wasn’t too sure what I was looking for but she was extremely helpful with showing me through the good selection of compression items. I felt a lot more comfortable in the store when speaking and laughing along with her. You can tell she is one of the few that actually enjoys working with her customers and is very passionate about her work and knowledge. Will definitely be coming back in confidence.

Aussie brand making great performance products! I used to think this was only for elite athletes but I have learned they have something for people of all abilities and the service was great:) thanks team I will return!

I bought a T-shirt to try the brand the other day and see if the quality matches their claims. I put it for a wash with my other gym clothes from Adidas, Under Armour, Decathlon and other various brands I have been using for years now.

Result, the fabric is so flimsy one wash was enough to damage the T-Shirt.

Disappointed, I told myself I should come back to the shop to give my feedback and either get an exchange or store credit as it might have simply be a defective product.
I had the pleasure of dealing with whom I suspect being the store manager explaining to me rudely it was my fault and she could check at the back for a new T-shirt for me to buy at full price.

Bad product quality.
Bad customer service.
Bad experience.

Never buying from them again and I can not wait to talk to my gym friends and sport club that I am teaching at about it.

Female worker there had exceptional knowledge, really professional aswell when I had a banking error

We've only had great service twice now when we visited at HarbourTown from Kellie and staff!
Purchased a tri-suit the first time and Kellie was really helpful and knowledgable offering great advice.

On the weekend we purchased some leg compression for my son who was really keen on buying them. The young man there (who is a keen Cricketer, forgot his name) was also really friendly and offered good advice. Thanks guys.

I wanted to wait and really try out the brand before I gave a review and I must say after years of wearing Under Armour while training and then more recently changing to EvoShield Recovery DNA Compression Tights for post training I am 100% sold and have since swapped out nearly my entire wardrobe.

My team mates had told me about this brand but after living by the saying if it's not broken don't fix it I was hesitant on trying something new.
While doing a little shopping in Harbour Town I stumbled across a 2XU store. I told myself before I walked through the door that I would just take a look with no intentions to buy just to see what all the fuss was about.
I was immediately approached by a sales assistant who greeted me with a smile and made my first experience with the brand a memorable one. I asked what benefits 2XU compression has over my current combo and she was honest enough to tell me she didn't know as she hadn't tried anything else before. She then said come with me and I'll have a look. Within 5 minutes her knowledge of the 2XU brand and comparisons found on Google I decided that I would give it a go. Wanting to really test the brand out I went straight for the MCS which is the top tier of their compression and as I said earlier, I am 100% sold. I have since stocked up on MCS tops and bottoms online and the next time I'm back in Harbour Town I will definitely stop back into the outlet for more. Thank you Alex for giving me that extra nudge to get me over the line.

Amazing customer service and a top notch brand

I called in to look at your tights as I had done research to find out the best brand. I had normally worn Lorna Jane. However, I am disappointed with their fabric quality, as it has gradually gotten much worse. Anyway, I popped into your harbour town store and I was warmly greeted by your sales assistant. Her service was incredible (Saturday 21st September 2019) and her knowledge on the product even better. I was grateful that I was able to call in and receive this level of service and knowledge, and that I could try in the tights comfortably in the change room. I did make my purchase online through a third party store as I wanted to use the humm payment plan. Regardless I wanted to leave a review as the sales assistant was the reason I made the purchase.

Thank you I’m glad I have found a new place to buy my tights.

Terrible service. The two you ladies behind the counter were gossiping about personal matters the whole time we browsed the store. They didn't even greet us despite us being the only customers in the store. We left with a $20 hat despite being interested in much more. They didn't deserve the sales.

Staff was polite and sympathetic as i normally buy online and had made the hour trip to the outlet store expecting it to be like the nike or billabong outlet store.its a hole in the wall store unfortunately: (with not too much on offer. Ill stick to online.
