Worst customer service from the blonde lady today, was rude and very short with my partner who was trying to buy some leggings, horrible service if she's having a bad day leave it at home.not sure if it was racial or what, instant regret my partner had had she spend $160 in the store today
Not happy with Online Shop.
They Missed my "main" item, silently refunded it. And never came back on support request. Don't think gonna buy anything from their online shop.
The level of service i received from these guys in regards to a faulty product was incredible. If the staff here are anything to go on, 2XU is an unreal company and their gear is worth every dollar.
Lovely staff and shop, but ive had my compressions tights for about 12 months now maybe less and they are starting to come apart at the seams already.
Best workout gear Ive owned. They are of excellent quality and prices are reasonable. Def worth a look.
