One of the better pools I’ve swam at in the country.
BUT, costs three or four times less.
50 was very clean and perfect temp. Counter staff were nice

Undercover 50m heated pool. 25m heated pool outside and a $2 adult entry fee, Best in the state.

Staff display incredibly poor service skills. Served other people in front of me when I was clearly waiting in line. Floaties aren't aloud but no signage anywhere or on website. Last time I was there they were permitted. Lifeguards are hardly supervising. Appear to be talking/doing other jobs rather than directly supervising, yet are directing children with caring supervising parents rather than ones without. The pool is cloudy and dirty appearance. A dirty baindaid was found beside the baby pool. Baby pool spout not working very well. Not sure the general public are valued here. Will think twice before I come back.

Not a good experience at all! The kids were (away from anyone else) swimming down (not diving) to collect those swimming toys that sink to the bottom and were told they had to stop that. Also was there for 15 mins and realised I forgot daughters medication so sent my husband to get it from our home (5-7mins away) and was told when he came back he had to pay entry again if he left the premises. Staff are very rude and don’t seem to have any explanation when asked why. Just a sort of who cares attitude.
