The dentist asked me what I would like done and I told him that I just wanted a scale and clean, he then proceeded to take X-rays which as expected showed nothing wrong with my teeth. I was then charged almost $360 for something I didn't ask for. I won't be going back!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF. They charge unnecessarily. Staff including dentist are unhelpful, unfriendly, and did not see me as a client. What concerned me was they did not tell me how much it costed for a procedure saying it is a simple procedure and gave me a $700 bill for a procedure I had! No value for our time and money.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
Honestly, I do not want to give any star, only giving it as this is the lowest rating

The service was very good. In for wisdom tooth extraction, very quick and friendly people. Excellent dentist and assistant with pretty much no pain needles and work done. Good prices as well. Highly recommend 1300SMILES - North Shore. Will be going back.

Sarah and her assistant was amazing, my worst fear is the dentist. They made me comfortable and fixed 3 teeth that I thought had to be pulled. I am so impressed, thanks Sarah.

Myself and family have been visiting for more than 4 years.
Service is good.one minor fall is dentists will not work here for long.
Current dentist is my forth or fifth in this center. I like if I can get treatmnet from same. Dr. Daniel is good so far. Hope he will remain at the center

Steve is just the best dentist! Gentle, knowledgeable and takes a common sense approach. Reception staff are always helpful and friendly as is Steve’s assistant. For the first time in my life I don’t mind going to the dentist.

Efficient and friendly staff. Dr Stephen is a very gentle and caring dentist. He has been looking after my dental health for the last 4 years and I am extremely happy with his treatment.

We were running 15 minutes late, making us late for another apppointment by 10 minutes. Also the second needle into my gum hurt more than usual. Other than that, the job was done well.

Dr Steve is the best dentist for my kids. He is patient and calm and it really helps to settle their r nerves

Dr Davies is so warm, caring, gentle & a top dentist…. Marie is super efficient & they work as a great team, both wonderful people. Ladies in the admin are equally welcoming & very friendly.
