1300smiles - Caloundra

I was treated by dentist Sandy Bahra and nurse Kailea. Both were friendly, honest and made my visit as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend booking in with them.

I lost part of my filing and tooth after eating a jube. I had the misfortune of having a filing replaced today at Caloundra 1300 smiles. My objection is the cost I am from Victoria and would normally pay for a filing like I had today a cost of a little over $100, today I paid $373 for one filing.
It was outrageous and I would never recommend anyone to go to this dentist.

I am on a disability pension so it makes it unbelievably difficult.

Can’t speak highly enough of my experiences at Smiles. When I needed a large tooth extracted, Dr Bryan Ong went to lengths to explain every step of the procedure and performed it with such expertise and skill that I experienced no pain or discomfort either during or after the procedure. A great relief indeed! I received a follow up phone call on the following day to enquire how I was feeling. I have found all the staff helpful, friendly and efficient. I’ve been a patient at Smiles Caloundra for a number of years and will continue into the future.

Had a lovely experience today. True I didn't have anything painful done but Dr Ongun took the time to explain a very complex procedure to me. She showed me the images and allowed me to ask questions and answered them all. So many times we are expected to just go with the flow. As a nervous patient this allowed me to feel much more confident.

Sandy and his dental assistant are probably the most professional Dentist & Dental assistant I have ever come across. An absolute asset to your practice. My auntie owns her own dental surgery and I have also grown up in Brisbane with one of the best dentists as far as reputation goes but nothing compares to the way these two work.

So much for such a good dental experience.

Dr Henderson is the best. I’m petrified of the dentist but he always takes the time to make sure I’m ok and not stressing out too bad. He has helped so much in reducing my fear of dentists.

The dentist was really friendly and explained everything that was being done before she did it.

I see Dr Yefei Yu at 1300Smiles Caloundra. She is a true professional taking her time to explain everything before commencement of any services. Dr Yefei is caring and gentle and takes great pride in what she does. She is on top of the latest technology always trying to offer her patients the best options available. I would very highly recommend her and would happily follow her wherever she went. Thanks Yefei for always making my experience a pleasant one.

Dr Angus is brilliant. Has a very caring nature, Wonderful approach with his patients. Explains everything. Chelsea dental assistant beautiful nurse. Would recommend Dr Angus to everyone.

Dental appointments are never, in my opinion, looked forward too. However Dr Angus Henderson and Maddie looked after me me very gently and professionally this morning. The best dental visit I have ever experienced. Thank you.

Dr Yu and the reception staff were great, I had forgotten my paperwork but they rebooked me in without fuss the same day even tho I probably stuffed thier routine up they did so with a smile, being my first time there Dr Yu was gentle with professional knowledge to let me know what was happening with my teeth n gums and I would greatly recommend this Dental surgery to anyone.

Really had a relaxed experience toay at Caloundra Smiles. Stacey was warm and friendly and I felt really well looked after. I was given some care options and discussed future plans with Stacey. Helpful staff at reception as well.
