Recommend them highly! Dr Sandra Jones and Dr James Choi have gone above and beyond normal expectations. They really do care about their patients

Dr Anthony Franklin was amazing to have! He is committed not only to helping your health on the day but in the long term too. He was very educational to have as a dentist and I will definitely be back.

The service is good n the care is great. Me & family moved from a dental clinic in Kallangur and we find it much better here. We’re glad we made the move

Worst experience tried to get a dentist to take a look at my X-rays for 3+ weeks after the first visit
and the reception staff just said he doesn't have time and told us to go somewhere else for treatment because they can't help
Funny I thought when you put DR in front of your name you have a duty of care to offer to people

We chose Dr Tony (Dr Anthony Franklin) merely based on the reviews in here, it was the biggest mistake in our life though!

The first question was asked as soon as we sat was" where are you from? ""! We didn't want to declare that but he kept asking! Not sure why nationality is importantly to this Dr!

Most importantly he didn't provide us even an approximate quote prior to the procedure, didn't take x-ray once we requested, maybe his x ray was broken!

Super expensive Dr as well, was charged twice of other dentists!

He even told us "you haven't told me yet to fix this tooth regardless of its cost"!

also he was too rough while working on my tooth!

Also once we initially arrived the receptionist took our private insurance card and kept it as "distraint" till we finished the procedure and paid their fee then they returned our card!

Also Receptionist deducted our $100 private health insurance bonus without asking us and without our consent!

Overall very poor customer service both by this Dr and front staff,

Will NEVER come back to Dr Tony (Anthony Franklin)

This was my second visit with Dr Tony. He explains everything really well and makes it a good experience rather than a bad one. I don't feel nervous going to the dentist anymore.

Very bad service here. My child appointment was not good. Finish very quickly without did anything. Dr is the worst. She did only talking and finished in less than 10 minutes because she is going on Holidays. Didn’t do anything and expect us to book again next week. Not happy and don’t recommend anyone. Please don’t go here, I wish I can give zero stars,

The dentist was super helpful even though he was pushed for time. The filling was a difficult one but it's settled down nicely thanks to the dentists skill. Thanks very much.

I have removal of tooth and four filling on the same time, Dr. Clive Law is very gentle and helpful. And their staff are very friendly especially Emma the receptionist. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Excellent service. Dr. Clive Law is very professinally competent and his Asst Lulu is excelleny. Best costomer service of Reception is remarkable. She is a cheerful worker.

The service there is incredible they go above n beyond for their client's and try to do everything they can to help u in the best way they can

I have always been anxious about dentist visits but this year I've found Dr Reshma Seeburrun and her nurse Lulu to be extremely gentle and kind. I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking dental work.

Staff are very polite and helpful and the dentist himself is genuine and funny, understanding as well but my only downfall would be the waiting time, especially when you need to be somewhere important so therefore I'd scored it 4 stars but overall did a amazing job on my teeth

I have been here 3 times now. A very clean, and well presented practice. Both dentists were very professional, extremely efficient and helped with pre and post wisdom tooth extraction.

Dr Reshma and Lulu recently had to remove a tooth for my 9yr old. She has no idea that a needle was used and thinks Dr Reshma and Lulu are absolute tooth fairies that just apply special cream and the tooth just fell out. No pain, no tears just beautiful smiles.
Dr Reshma and Lulu take their time to explain what they are doing and why. Their calming natures make all the difference and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth or my children’s teeth.

I have a history of significant fear regarding visits to the dentist. Dr. Darshana and Morgan have turned that around for me though, since I have been attending the Strathpine clinic for regular checkups and required work. Today was yet another example of my new found, worry free visits. Dr. Darshana and Morgan are an exceptional team. I am made to feel at ease on arrival, and that ease is truly qualified with their work. These guys are perfectly in sync with each other whilst treating me, and I am very happy to have them care for my dental needs.
