Stay as far away as possible!

Do not recommend unless you want months of ongoing stress. Horrible experience all around. I ended up with injuries that I attended the hospital for. Complained to the health ombudsman about my experience with this dentist, it's been 4 months and it is still not resolved.

EDIT: finally got a resolution & recieved a refund 5 months after my experience.

You still couldn't pay me to return here

Was able to get an appointment quickly after I broke a tooth while visiting Toowoomba. Lovely staff, highly recommend visiting Smiles.

First time to visit this dental place, staff's are all friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Arron explained to me all the things that I need to do re: my dental issues.
And I was happy with that.

Definetly recommends them.

Really welcoming staff! The few I met were all so kind and it felt like they actually cared for me as a patient. Would 100% go back there again. Easy to book appointments as you can call up or do it all online, affordable, all round a very good experience!

Very professional and efficient service. Online booking was a breeze. Dr. Anish gave great explanation of procedure and options. Reception was welcoming and non threatening or clinical. No fuss. I have found my dental clinic.

My veneer was stuck back on very well. Absolutely disgusted in the $80 charge for Oral Exam. Only looked at one tooth! $80. Well and truly overcharged. Not surprising that people hate the dentist. Too damn expensive

I had a tooth removed here a couple of months ago and it has healed up a treat! The staff here were so friendly and patient. As someone with phobias of both the dentist and needles, these are not my favourite appointments. However, 1300 Smiles went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and comfortable. I'll be back for my bi-annual checkup for sure

First time with Dr Ryan; he was very thorough and professional but also friendly and made me feel relaxed. Highly recommended.

All of the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and personable. I'm really thankful my dentist did not judge me in the slightest (it's happened too many times at other practices) and he genuinely wanted to help and make me comfortable. 11 out of 10.

As a very anxious dentist visitor (to the point I avoid it at all costs!), I recently found Dr Anish at 1300smiles. He is very professional but kind and listens to all of your concerns.

With his help, I am now seeing him regularly and getting a few things fixed that really should have been dealt with a few years ago!

Can’t recommend Dr Anish enough!

Had a tooth pulled. During it I saw him pull the tool away and I thought oh he’s switching tools. Nope the tooth was out and didn’t feel a thing.

Emergency dental to replace a temporary crown. Fitted me in straight away thankfully. Wonderful friendly staff and lovely practice. Definitely recommend

Very disappointed with the service
I basically have very few teeth left and have
dentures but the dentist did not clean my molars at all.
Took an xray for my bridge but no mention of how its sitting for the first time. Why take an xray for fun
I always have good experience n feel my teeth cleaned but for the first time I m extremely disappointed
Wont be going back there ever.

Reception staff were lovely, both over the phone and in person. The dentist I saw was very professional and friendly and explained everything I needed to know before, during and after my procedure. The practice is very welcoming and will be my recommendation to anyone that asks for an excellent dental service in Toowoomba.

Was a great experience!
I was nervous as I had not been to the dentist in around 8 years, but the dentist (Anish) and his dental assistant (Shanoa) made me feel very comfortable and put my mind at ease. Anish was very helpful with talking me through everything he was doing and making sure I was comfortable the whole time.
I highly recommend coming to these guys for any dental work. Thank you so much guys!

Friendly and very helpful with all aspect of my problems. Very professional service and staff were nice and helpful also.

Dr Pooja and her assistant are really great and kind. I found it a very comfortable environment for dental treatments! Highly recommend
