I booked an appointment with an emergency voucher after a wait I'm told dentist is half an hour behind and need to go to another location and wait a hour! I left unseen, poor service.

Dr Michael Dimitrov and the Dental Assistants are an amazing, outgoing team with a dedication to achieving the best results possible and clearly explaining what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend their services. Thank you for your dedication, advice and amazing work!

I personally have had bad experiences and Dentist's give me anxiety. I had to see a dentist and was referred to 1300Smiles. All I can say is Michael is amazing, makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed I didn't even feel like I was at the dentistn. So decided to take my son's there, Mr Patel.is so funny with my son's, has me laughing and is so honest and upfront about everything. Wouldn't go any where else, and the receptionist are always friendly.

Friendly staff, reminders when its due for clean/check-up, plenty of parking available. Thorough gentle dentists.

Wouldn’t recommend to new patients, booked an appointment as I had a filling fall out and root currently open so a lot of pain.

Showed up and they never even bothered to make my appointment and passed it on, despite taking all my details over the phone. Poor customer service skills, would give 0 stars if I could.

I was very let down and disheartened by my appointment.
My partner raved about this place saying that they were amazing at 1300 smiles.
I have suffered with very poor teeth. Large decay for a long time and suffer from being quite self concious as a result and I was really excited and hopeful coming to my appointment that I might get my new smile and feel confident again.
When I booked in it was suppose to be a scale and clean for my initial appointment but the dentist spent no more then 1 minute on cleaning my teeth which was simply using the little hook to clean around where my teeth meet my gums and that was it. Nothing compared to any clean iv had else where.
But besides that I felt the dentist to show no compassion toward me and my issues around my teeth and he was literally ignoring the things I said to the point where i got frustrated and after repeating myself 3 times while being cut off i said your not listening to me" i left extremely disheartened, dissatisfied and disappointed and felt ripped off. Even now reading these reviews im not quite sure what happened as I had very high hopes

Michael from 1300Smiles Gladstone is amazing, skilled & most professional dentist I have come across. He is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The big screen TV on the ceiling also takes your mind off what's being done. Would recommend 100%

Always so personable and caring at this practice. Dr Michael is the most understanding dentist I’ve encountered, he genuinely cares about dental health over profits.

Havnt been to a dentist for 15 years, until recently when an existing crown fell out, as I 71 years old I had a lot of apprehension about visiting a dentist. Well over the last 2 months and 4 visits later I have once again a nice toothy smile.i cannot fault the service from the staff or Dr Michael, at 1300 smiles, I even booked a forward appointment in 6 months time. Thanks too all staff.

Awesome staff and excellent dentist. Went to these guys for a tooth infection and Dr Micheal fixed it all up for me i am now pain free after being in pain for over 8 weeks Dr Micheal is really kind and gentle and very very good at his job. As I'm sure all the rest of the dentist there would be too. I will be sending my whole family there from now on. Highly recommend.

Dr Lauren and her assistant were fantastic - informative and caring. They made sure that I was comfortable and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The reception staff were warm and attentive. A great experience overall.

Micheal was fantastic with the kids, explained everything to them before he done anything and involved the siblings in watching each other, they are excited to go back and see him again. Information provided about the children’s dental care was thorough and easy to understand. Would highly recommend.
