Fantastic service from DR. Moni, and the entire staff she's professional and worked with confidence replacing my filling.

John Kotaidis was suppose to repair a filling and review my teeth after the filling had fallen out! As it was under warranty and the administration staff was kind enough to reorganise at Smiles from another dentist there and smiles was not being paid again. He did absolutely NOTHING! Just told me to ‘floss’ again and let me leave without repairing my filling which he said had cracked off. His personality and manner was also completely inappropriate. I would avoid this dentist at all costs. He clearly does not care at all about people’s teeth only what he gets paid.

I had a crown done by Dr John, it was completed yesterday. It fits like a glove. I have never experienced such an informative dentist! He explained what was happening, every step of the way, even down to what grade of gold the crown would be made of. He has such a professional and kind manner and treats his staff with such high respect. I have another appointment for another crown to be done next month. Highly, highly recommend this dentist.

Been at this service approx 8 years or more and always been satisfied with the service, can say thumbs up, cheers.

The dentist seemed to be good, but the admin staff were haphazard.
One appt was rescheduled without a phone call asking if the new time suitable and with only a text message the day before the original booking. I understand the circumstances that required the reschedule, but the implementation of the rebook8ng was woeful.
Today we were around the corner when they tried to reschedule again. Different circumstances but the timing was rubbish.
No offer of recompense for stuffing us around.

Great dentist, with very professional and highly skilled staff. The clinic, waiting area etc is comfortable and clean, all the staff was helpful, kind and professional.

Karen is the most amazing dentist for children. She takes the time to explain everything in their terms and puts them at ease. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I see Dr Cowie and his service along with his nurse is exceptional. Today I had a filling replaced and not only was were they gentle and conscious of my anxiety but were of my daughter too ensuring she didn’t see anything that would scare her. I would, without a second thought, recommend him and the practice!

The staff are friendly and my dentist is the reason that I return. He is brilliant. He make it as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I am terrified of going to the dentist. After years of making appointments and then cancelling and seeing dentists who make you feel uncomfortable and like a major inconvenience it was nice to feel looked after. Going to the dentist will no longer be a major source of stress and anxiety.

We saw the team from 1300 smiles today and couldn t be happier.
Grace (3.5years old) got her teeth checked and cleaned and we had a warm and friendly welcome and our experience with the staff members was excellent. It was our first visit at this practice and we will defintely come back.

Thorough, kind and accomodating. We had an emergency appointment and were treated and considered like we were of high priority. Highly recommend, excellent service. The "goodie bag" (dental hygiene bag) was the cherry on top.

As always I receive great attention by Dr. John and his remarkable staff, Tam, in this case. We three usually have a chat and laugh anyway so it is a pleasure attending these appointments! Never thought I'd ever enjoy a dental appointment!
