1300SMILES - Gladstone (DCG)

Had a massive chip in my front tooth fixed. Looks great don't get me wrong, but I didn't particularly like how I was spoken to during my appointment. I was with doctor Lawrence, which I've read many good reviews about. But unfortunately it seems that he is well with children not so much with young adults. I spoke up multiple times about my anxiety with dentists and my fear of needles, but the tone and the way he spoke did not comfort me at all.

Went to Gladstone dental centre and saw dr Herman got my tooth pulled out and wow wat can I say didn’t feel the needle at all got my tooth removed with minimal effort went home was in a fair amount of pain but woke up today pain 2/10 can’t praise doctor herman enough tnk u so much and put some stitches in aswell tnk u guys so much will definitely be a repeat customer for sure

Dr Lawrence and staff are so friendly and lovely! Very comforting and explain things well and super easy to talk to! Would 100% recommend.

Dr Lawrence was great with my 4yo and made him feel comfortable for his first visit. He was also very informative. Jonty was amazing with my son, he greeted us in the most friendly manner and made an exceptional balloon sword after the consult. Thank you GDC team.

Friendly service. Dr Herman is a Fantastic dentist. I always go back there because I trust the dentists with my teeth and my families teeth, you don’t feel a thing! He does a great job so you can’t see the fillings even when they’re on your front teeth. 5 stars to him. Also jonte the receptionist makes the kids balloon animals for at the end of their appointment to make it special.

Best dentist I have been too Dr Herman and he makes going dentist so much easier and staff at reception are wonderful.

Dr Lawrence was great with my Lara today who is 8. She was comfortable and sat well for her 45 minute appointment, Dr Lawrence explained everything to her that was going on. Best part of all, Jonty making a balloon cat for her at the end.

Reception was so helpful and welcoming and my dentist went above and beyond just what was required for my appointment
