23UBX Kenmore is a fun place to get fit. Tommy, Blossom and the team have a great energy which gets you motivated from the time you walk through the door. I love it that there aren’t set class times, you just start at the time that suits you. And you don’t get bored as the circuit changes each day.
I cannot speak highly enough about UBX Kenmore, the teams professionalism is unparalleled in the fitness industry, I highly recommend UBX to anyone who wants to get fit in a friendly environment.
This studio's training and it's people not only keep me fit but are also such a boost for mental health!
Great gym. Terrific team working there (Blossom, Tommy, Cliff, Leah, & Dylan) and a friendly community. UBX is a great concept - just rock up and get a workout done that's enjoyable and results orientated.

I struggle with motivation to attend gyms but with UBX (formerly 12RND) I find it so fun. I haven’t been to a gym in a year so I expected to flail and flop like a fish out of water. The trainers are so helpful and vigilant, they will help you out with your form and give variations to the exercises if you’re struggling.or uncoordinated like I am. They’re also full of energy, motivate you through the workout and celebrate you achieving a round. So, my first time going, I only expected to do 6 of the 12 rounds, but I made it to 10 (before my heart could burst out of my chest haha!) I also don’t have to worry about turning up late for a session. I can just jump right in.
A very pleasant gym to visit with super coaches and management to guide us through our routines. Excellent focus on ensuring good technique is always applied during your workout with constant support and motivation along the way.
Facilities on offer are second to none I have visited during my time doing exercise at 12RNDS and the lead up to UBX being the place to be. Video screens displaying exercise routines are a great innovation and helpful to get you started on each round in a timely manner.

Blossom, Tommy and the team at 12RND Kenmore are amazing. It has been an absolute pleasure to work out with them. I love having a small group and being able to start whenever you arrive with constant guidance on the exercises. I find I get confused at bigger centres and this one is perfect for me!
Great atmosphere, great training and superb trainers. Free to go at your own pace or push as hard you want.

Blossom and the gang are a great bunch of people and the 12RND gym format is absolutely great and meets my needs so well.
* Variety - Every day is different
* 1: 1 - with at least 2 trainers to 12 rounds, there's always plenty of 1: 1 with a trainer
* I don't have to think! I can just rock up and start the circuit)
* Good atmosphere and great trainers

I would highly reccomend heading down to see Blossom and her amazing team at 12 Round Kenmore! The fitness is varied and fun, you can take it at your own pace and with no set start times you can join in whenever you arrive.

Best decision I’ve made to improve my fitness was joining 12RND Kenmore. Love the crew (Blossom, Chloe, Tommy, and Leighton), always there helping to keep you motivated!
This is a fantastic gym, with a personal small gym atmosphere. The trainers and owner are all proactive and focused on assisting you in getting the most out of you session, regardless of whether you want to be coached, or left alone to be in the zone. I also really enjoyed the style of circuit training as it included boxing, but also incorporated phases from week-to-week help to build strength then cardio, with a good combination of boxing mixed with weights, ergo, skiier etc. It's the best way to get fit!

The level of energy in the gym from the trainers and the other clients gives you that spark of motivation that wants you coming back for more and more.
I've been to a few 12 round's through brisbane as I've moved and honestly the new owner, Blossom, takes the cake. Blossom has such an incredible personality, energy and genuinely does everything that she can to help you have the best workout whilst stay on track to achieve your fitness goals. Not to mention, I have found her boxing pad work and knowledge/feedback of an incredibly high standard. I also have appreciated her ongoing assistance with my overall technique as with HIIT/circuit training you often fatigue and need those reminders to do the get the most out of the exercises and prevent injury. Having Blossom and the trainers at her club is truly like having a one on one personal trainer but with the energy of a full class. That is why I keep coming and find 12 round but especially the club at Kenmore so valuable! Cant recommend it enough thanks blossom + others xx
Good combination of boxing, Olympic weightlifting movements, and cardio. Very accommodating post partum and the coaches are great motivators and teachers - especially Chloe. Good opportunity to compete with the leader board and the circuit can be as challenging as you want it to be. I hate the bear crawls, but that aside it's an awesome gym ;-)
