The schedule is super convenient rocking up according to your own schedule.
The gym and equipment are kept clean and well maintained.
I like the interactive aspect of being able to review my own workout so I can see how I’m tracking and to challenge myself.
The workouts are dynamic and ever changing so you don’t get bored with all muscle groups and various training styles targeted.

Have been training at UBX Morningside for over two years now and still love it. Best thing is you can rock up any time without booking and get straight into a workout. Trainers are all very friendly, helpful and patient, which has helped me keep showing up! The workouts are different every day and still challenging after a couple of years. Highly recommend UBX if you’re looking for a new gym
I regularly train at at UBX on the Sunshine Coast but was in Brisbane for a few days with work and trained at UBX Morningside. It was so great to train at such a friendly and welcoming club. I highly recommend this club for anyone wishing to try or train at a UBX. Thanks for letting me come and visit!
I've just clocked over 1 year at UBX Morningside and I can't imagine training anywhere else! The initial attraction was the simplicity of the set up. Come at ANY time you like, start at ANY station and just move through the pre-planned exercises. If you are someone (like me) that hates booking in for a class (then inevitably running late) or planning your own workouts then this style of training is absolutely for you. Now, I say initial attraction because once you start, what you actually get is more than just a good workout and convenience. You get almost one on one support from trainers who want you to be the best version of yourself. The community spirit is strong and I not only love seeing the same friendly faces daily but I also love seeing people progress and reach their goals. UBX runs regular 6 week challenges that are part of your membership (so no hidden extra fees to participate!) which is teamed with an app that provides fitness and nutrition support. The club has recently undergone a change in ownership and the energy the new owner, Aleena, brings makes starting your day with a workout a real treat. Honestly: the format is right, the trainers are so friendly and supportive and the people surely make it pass the vibe check. You'd be mad to not at least come in for a session or two and see what it's all about.
I have been going to ubx (previously 12RND) for 4+ years and I love it. No set times, workout planned and friendly trainers makes it so easy to keep turning up everyday. I feel so at ease coming to ubx morningside and would recommend anyone sign up as the team there make it enjoyable and cater for everyone!

Love training here! Don't need to book or go at a particular time like other gyms. Always high energy, a great workout, friendly people and staff.
UBX Morningside is an awesome place to get a workout. I have never trained in boxing before and thought I would look like a gumbie. I thought I wouldn't be able to do it. I didn't have to worry because the trainers took me through each stage and have been there every workout to help out when I didn't know what I was doing. Great gym! Great trainers!
Been a member for six months, the workouts are diverse, the staff are super friendly, supportive, and patient, and the round system of three minutes is brilliant. 12 Round is not just a gym, the amount of different options they offer include health advice, multiple programs and continual, helpful advice.
Really enjoyed my time in the club with my partner, really good if you are training in a pair because you can alternate through the circuit and it changes all the time. Great club.
An awesome and well informed team as well as a fun workout every time. I've been visiting 12RND for almost two years and it never gets boring. The team help motivate and always take time to teach you good form. I started 40kgs heavier than I am now and was able to keep adapting to my fitness level and keep seeing results. Highly recommended.

After joining 7 weeks ago and doing my first ever boxing challenge I had to tell these guys Gen and Pat what a great experience it is being part of your classes I’ve completely grown addicted to the adrenaline, fun and magic start to my day and love going most days as it doesn’t feel like the chore that going to a gymn used to.now I’ve torn a ligament not from boxing lol.they’re helping me still train and adjusting my exercises to take any pressure off my injury.well done guys your classes are amazing and as a 50 plus lass I’ve never felt fitter or had more energy.

Great Gym and awesome trainers. More fun and interactive than your conventional type of gym. Different workout everytime and a fun way to learn boxing techniques.
