#1 Computer Shop

I went into store today with some questions regarding some PC internet connection issues, all the staff members I spoke with where fantastic and did not make you feel silly or dumb for asking to them what would be a very silly question/questions.
I went home and done some troubleshooting tips I received instore with not luck. I returned to the store with PC in hand not expecting the team to take a look at it today, with a pleasant surprise my PC was on the table being looked. I walked out of the store back home and the issue had been resolved. What is the most impressive part of the team in store was there was no charge for there time. I would happily send any of my friends in store trusting they would be looked after for a very good price.

I’ve been with these guys a good year ago. They did my power supply and charged me a decent amount but it was okay. I then went to them again a few days ago for a simple clean. Got home, my pc wasn’t ready any usb cable put in. When I finally figured out they hadn’t put my ram in properly I went to play my game. I was on 30fps so I went through to find out they completely forgot to even put my graphics card back together. It was literally just sat in there. Not plugged in or anything, super disappointed considering a computer shop couldn’t put a computer together properly

Guys helped me out even when they couldn't me themselves. When my computer next needs servicing I will reciprocate the good gesture they gave me and use them.

Took my daughters school laptop in as a few screws had come out on the base and hinge and he fixed it straight away.

Couldn't ask for better service.

2 star for quick repaire service. Unhappy that I get quoted one price but when I went to collect it it was entirely another (expensive) price. Charged a high price for a glue repair that I could have done myself! Misleading!

#1Computer Shop is cheap. There is parking right at the front door or Coles directly across the road. Vince is super friendly and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and was patient with my questions. The fella at the back of the shop fixed my laptop quick and also knows what he is talking about. 5/5

I walked into the store a few days ago as a very stressed Mum with my toddler and broken computer. This computer is my livelihood as I run two businesses from there and for it to not be working is stressful.

Vincent was truly wonderful, he asked questions and fixed my computer right there!

Took my PS5 in after I stripped the screw trying to open the ssd cover. Vincent was amazing and so helpful, he went above and beyond to help me out and managed to get the screw out and install the new ssd. Will be recommending this store to everyone.
