Ok, but the roasted veggies in the cooked food section wasn't nice. The cooked meat was fine though.

Rude and arrogant staff member first up in the morning. Couldn’t pause for ten seconds to serve one customer a single item. Management need to train that one better.

I have been buying my lunch here for the past few weeks spending about $15 to $20 a day. It is 1.15pm I get there and the only salad rolls on offer are not to my liking. I ask can you please make me a chicken and salad roll. The chicken is there the salad is there. No we cant as it costs us to much is the response! Well it just cost you a whole lot more by not making a simple sanwich. You had 2 staff on doing sweet all the product was there what is the cost well about $75 per week in lost revenue because I wont be back. To make it worse the lady who I told I was upset could care less.

Fresh clean shop with interesting foods. Great staff. Kenwood and Shelly have great interpersonal skills which they use to keep both customers and staff happy. Highly recommended.

We often drive from Darwin to IGA Zuccoli to shop. No anti social behaviour. Some of the old favourites still on the shelf, that are no longer available at coles and woolies. Staff always friendly

Always great customer service, staff always attend to customers straight away and as it gets busy jump straight back onto the registers so customers aren’t waiting. Staff make the effort to greet all and get to know the customers and families that frequently visit the store.

Every time we went to this place for something, they said, they ran out or doesn't have in stock! Very disappointing! Its been 3-4 times we went there and everytime same drama!

IGA have nice staff and two my surprise the prices are not much more then Woolies or Coles they also have the berry boost juice in large bottle Woolies only stock the small one to my knowledge.

Great local shop with friendly staff. A good range of different specialty foods. No seafood though, unfortunately. Try the chicken and cheese sausages from the Bain Marie, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to get the items without the bit longer travel to Palmerston shops. I was surprised that everything had good use by dates and good prices (few items expensive.but only a few).

Super friendly, helpful staff, namely Shelley who I dealt with. Willing to go the extra mile for customers. If you stay at the Howard Springs facility I highly recommend choosing and supporting this local small business who's staff will treat you like a human being rather than a $ sign. They also have a minimum order of $20 for free delivery so if you only need one or two small items like myself it's far better than the $50 coles charges, absolute rip off merchants who are exploiting this whole situation. Let's face it, all the big corporations have cleaned up throughout this virus business and the small businesses have struggled severely or been completely decimated! Do your self a favor, save $30 on your order, be treated with compassion and respect and support the underdogs just trying to make a go of it and stay afloat. Choose Zuccoli IGA.
