Rooms were clean and comfy.self check in was easy.used the laundry which was handy and clean.beautiful pool.this was quite an unexpected surprise! Would stay here again!

Typical country hotel motel no chi chi there real country pp plus some tourists passing on the way north or south

I understand this place is to be renovated soon. There was no reception on duty at check in and kettle was missing. This was sorted out after a couple of hours after a call to number provided. Rooms are clean, comfortableand for a couple of nights stay. Parking is fairly narrow and one needs to be careful.

Fantastic value for money. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Loved the access to BBQ by the pool and all the bbq equipment provided. We had a Delux family room which came with a full breakfast at the Coffee Club. Great place to stay!

This is very basic, no kitchen in ground floor, needs a big update. Pool is nice but is totally ruined by the karaoke every afternoon until 4pm.
Coffee machine etc but you wash up in bathroom.

Great little hotel in the heart of Katherine. Very clean, functional room with both ceiling fan and air con, little fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The pool is beautiful and big enough to swim laps. Plenty of seats and umbrellas for shade and lovely lush trees and gardens surrounding the pool area. The room is comfy and well equipped. The bed and pillows are also comfy. Overall, the room is quite modern and clean including the bathroom. Friendly staff and easy check in are also a bonus.

Held farewell gathering in a relaxed atmosphere. Food was well presented and up to speed. Good place to meet.

Probably the best quality MOTEL in Katherine. I'm not sure why it says hotel and also motel. Very misleading if you are looking online. The music in the bar is very very very very loud. Every single guests even from the farthest room can hear the music and karaoke. If you get the room with kitchenette it is quite nice. However, the music is bloody loud. I can hear every word and beat from there all day whenever they are active. Thankfully the party ends at midnight or so. But napping during the day at that MOTEL is impossible unless you wear ear plugs and headphones. Def bring a portable speaker so you can drown out the bar noise and music with your own. The pool is nice although i stayed there for 3 weeks and they finally decided to clean the pool on my last day. Go figure. The whole time it was full of leaves and dirt. If they had lounge chairs to lay out tanning that would be nice. The insulation around the doors and in the entire building is very poor. Again you can hear everything as if it was inside your room. The pool gate slams very loud so try not to get a room right in front of the pool entrances. I think its most definitely VERY expensive for what they have to offer. Wouldn't recommend staying for more than a couple days.

This place is a locals bar. As visitors we felt very out of place and decided to move on. Didn't get a chance to try any food so can't comment.

Was told I could receive a refund for one nights accommodation due to a change in travel plans, then after sending my details, I’ve never heard from them again. The room was not renovated like it was advertised to be. Poor customer service is an understatement.

There not many choices in Katherine is one of the best places to stay. Nice pool ‍️ in the Central of the town walking distance to all shops clean and well priced air conditioning works very well because in this town is a lifesaver. Security car parking small kitchen with microwave. Good choice over all for Katherine.

So we were in room 7 I think it was and it's due to be renovated which we weren't told before we booked it. So we were disappointed with the condition of the room and the main issue apart from that was the air conditioning being positioned so it didn't blow across the room.
The swimming pool was good, great temperature and well kept. So relaxing.
The car park is off the road and secure.

The room is beautiful. Pool was great. Meal at restaurant was delicious. Can't give Chris the motel manager enough praise. He went above and beyond with his communication and our assistance from the time we booked 6 months ago. Thank you. Breakfast at the Coffee Club included is a bonus

The rooms were good but it is really bad that you can't add the cost from the bar and grill to your room

Very challenging course. The meals at the club are second to none, be prepared and take your appetite.

I was pleasantly surprised as I walked through the door into the bar area and outdoor seating, it had a very tropical, casual feel to it that was welcoming.
The restaurant itself is of to the side of the bar and is in air-conditioned comfort and is about what you would expect for a hotel restaurant.
The service was fantastic and very helpful.
My partner and I both ordered schnitzel and we didn't have to wait long but unfortunately they were not the best.
The schnitzels were good but the toppings weren't edible and ny partner had to scrape her mushrooms of to be able to eat tea.
That being said I would still go back again as everything else was good and I would try something else on the menu.

Typical information centre. Helpful courteous good information.
Only concern chairs inside taken up by people using the free Wi-Fi

Nice, clean room with breakfast provided by coffee club. Only 3 stars because of the karaoke til late
