Good bar, excellent location too. Fuel and drink prices were a bit steep and one of the barmaids was quite rude to a mate unfortunately otherwise it would be 5 stars ramp is very deep off the side on high tide and not the place to get it wrong like the hilux and trailer in a mates structure scan sounder shot.

Tides above 3m better for retrieving the boat as the ramp is regularly silted up with sand at the base oc it nowadays.

The fish burger made from local threadfin is extraordinarily delicious! Really impressive. Environment is rusty and casual, as you would expect for a remote beach lodge restaurant. Very nice.

Went there after a few days camping, i had crummed threadfin salmon and it was absalutly amazing. Would have to be up there with some of the best fish i have eaten.

Lovely. Wish there were a couple more trees like when I was a kid but still the best place to go.
